I was out looking for a new Highlander Hybrid and decided to try Falmouth Toyota. 3 years ago I bought a certified Highlander from High and it was a nightmare when they cornered me in the back office. I met Brian who said I would have to get on a long list because they were in such demand. Someone dropped off the list and he found me one in a little more than a month. No pressure and they kept me informed as to where it was in transit and they never asked for a dime until it was delivered and I picked it up. The sales manager and business manager was also great to deal with. I had service with my 2018 Highlander and the service department is the best.

I appreciate the low pressure and honesty of this dealership! I was really taken advantage of by a different local Toyota dealer and refuse to do business them anymore. So, I called Falmouth Toyota to see if there was any way they could help get me out of my bad lease and into the vehicle I had originally wanted. They were quick to respond and gave me honest information. Unfortunately, I am stuck with my vehicle for another year or so but I am really looking forward to purchasing my next vehicle from Falmouth Toyota! For the second time in three years, we returned to Irwin Automotive in Laconia and once again left feeling truly blessed. Our first purchase through Mr. Howard Cullen was such a grace-filled experience—diligent, knowledgeable, low-pressure, and fast—that when the time came for a second family vehicle, we knew exactly where to turn. After a full year of earnest prayer, asking Our Lord and Savior for His gracious discernment and guidance in finding the right, safe, and affordable used car for our family, He answered in abundance. We discovered the perfect vehicle at Irwin with a little over 8,000 miles on it! Mr. Cullen was away on vacation but immediately arranged for us to work with Mr. Colby Calnan, who made the test drive smooth and joyful. On Saturday morning, after a quick family decision, we returned to finalize the purchase.
