For the second time in three years, we returned to Irwin Automotive in Laconia and once again left feeling truly blessed. The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. We really enjoyed working with Cole. He was very professional and we were impressed with his the Honda Fit we were interested in, even though they primarily sell Toyota's. Cole made sure that we test drove the vehicle in a variety of different terrains. It made us feel this was the vehicle that we really wanted. We also liked the fact that when we picked up the car it was very clean. One minor point.
