The worker who helped me today explained everything to me very well. I was given great service and was charged a good price. I am happy with my service today. Over the phone trying to buy a plan was very difficult but in person, the service was great.

It was a busy afternoon so I was told it would take 2 hours, after 36 minutes. I was told my vehicle was done. I paid for it with a 10% discount coupon that was sent to me in the mail. They had the wrong info and my vehicle was still being worked on. I waited til noon (10am appointment time) and got my vehicle back. The wifi and internet service there was non working. So that sucked.

I came in with my father a couple weeks ago to look at the Ford Bronco. We ended up passing on it, but Omar assisted us. When I came to look at at a RAV4 we had Omar again. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle and he was able to make the purchase less stressful.
