Scott Masters was very easy to work with. The dealership was one of four that I had investigated but the only one that seemed interested in selling me a car. I think Toyota dealers in general have an attitude that you will just take whatever they offer. I didn’t feel that way with Ganley. They also seem to have the best inventory.

I bought my first Toyota RAV4 Hybrid in September 2022. It is a 2020 and rides like a 2022. Best buying experience ever. Used Smartpath and found the Rav4 Plug in Hybrid and the date it would arrive. All the numbers were done thru text. Afterward, Kevin kept me informed about status of vehicle. When it came in, they picked me up at the Pittsburgh airport. Had me in/out and on the road pretty quick. I had already filled out credit app on their website. All paperwork was ready to go. Car was cleaned, inside showroom and ready to hit the road. Kevin and his team did everything right. Couldn't be happier. 5 stars from start to finish.

Toyota of Boardman review
My husband and I just purchased our third used car from Toyota of Boardman and Dick Bell. We made an appointment to come in and look at the Telluride - he had it all ready to test drive when we walked in. Every step was smooth and he always goes above and beyond. We live in PA and the dealership handled all of the paperwork for us, except for the inspection - PA won't let anyone else do that. I recommend Dick Bell and this dealership to anyone looking for a car!
