The staff at AutoNation Toyota in Weston has always been wonderful and trustworthy in helping me with any concerns annd/or problems I have had with my car. The manager, Donny, was phenomenal. He gave me an incredible deal on my new Toyota BZ: love the car. Couldn't be happier, and Clementina, the sales lady was also phenomenal. I was quoted an obscene quote for my car insurance by my current agent and she gave me a contact number for her car insurance agent who gave me an incredible deal on my car insurance. Extremely happy with the experience and the purchase.

The service department is exceptional! I live in Aventura and was in the Kendall area when I encountered a problem with my A/C, and with 90-degree weather outside, this was worst case scenario for me. I didn't have an appointment and was scared I'd wait an eternity. I was taken in almost immediately, explained the problem, and my issue was solved within two hours (that is crazy fast considering service was pretty busy AND I didn't have an appointment). Very happy with their services and prices aren't bad at all. Not sure if they'll become my go to for service considering how far they are from me, but I'm very satisfied and will recommend them to my friends and family. Give them a shot! You won't regret it.

Their customer service is just wow! I unfortunately couldn’t purchase the car same day but the service I received was unlike any other.
