An absolute pleasure to work with in an industry that seems to be dominated by less than helpful people. He even picked me up from dropping off my rental car since I had driven 5 hours from Las Cruces, now THAT is stellar customer service. He is newer and doesn’t show up in the employee list on this site, but don’t let that fool you - he knows what he’s doing and does it well. They tacked on nothing to the price, and we’re incredibly respectful in making sure we could get something in my budget. They ensured the vehicle was ready to go and even helped set up recalls and service at another dealership they did not have the parts for. (Nothing major in terms of the recalls) The finance manager, Richard Ashton, even took it upon himself to somehow sweeten the deal and keep it more in my budget. This dealership is of the highest quality, and I would recommend working with Jason Grady (and Lithia Toyota of Odessa overall) to anyone who wants excellent service from a group of great people. They set the bar very high for buying a vehicle. I can’t say enough good things.
