Everything from start to finish was amazing. My sales person was able to track and watch for the car I wanted so when it finally arrived, they were ready for me! Jenelle was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient while working my deal. Peter and Dave were the managers assisting with the deal and both did a great job making sure I left having a great car buying experience! I love my car and appreciate the time my sales person took walking me through how to use all the fun gadgets in it! This is the 5th vehicle my family has purchased through Ira Toyota. After finding a used car listed on cars.com I ran right over to the Littleton dealership to check it out. The car had just been received at the dealership and needed to go through the Toyota check. I met with two salesmen during the course of a week, Jon M and Richard G. Both went over and above when assisting me with the vehicle even at closing time. What a positive experience from beginning to end. I never did business with ActonToyota previously. I was in the market for a used vehicle and Ron a very talented and knowledgeable sales person reached out to me and helped me identify exactly what vehicle I needed and gave me great suggestions and options. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle that I identified and worked with me to get the best price possible. It was a used car and he introduced me to Jeff The manager overseeing that department. What an experience and a very genuine honest individual who educated me on the different vehicles mentioning not only the positive, but also some of the downsides of owning a particular vehicle, including high maintenance costs or gas mileage concerns. In addition to Ron and Jeff. I was very pleased with the finance department in terms of how easy the process was and allowing me to pick and choose which Service plans if any work best for me. Jo and Josiah were awesome to work with. I have owned and purchased a number of vehicles from other dealerships. Normally the finance people are very formal and can Sometimes make the consumer, uncomfortable and anxious. It was the complete opposite with these guys. One last shout out to Jimmy and his talented team over at Acton Toyota! Jimmy came up to me and introduced himself and was as down-to-earth and friendly as one could imagine. I really felt like I knew the guy for years. The whole process was awesome and the people there made it so comfortable and easy to purchase a vehicle that I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to at least give them a try.
