Brett Huber came to our rescue when we were on a cross country trip pulling our 30? camper. Our Tundra engine was under recall but not available in GA where we purchased it. The engine decided to quit near Oklahoma City and we were stranded! Not only did Brett begin assessing the issues immediately, but he found us an engine the very next day! The technicians spent 2 days doing the work and staying late to finish it for us. We were back on the road in 3 days! CarMax Austin South review
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
