I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

Great experience from beginning to end. My first point of contact was over phone with Rick. He knew exactly what I was looking for and reached out when a vehicle matching my description got delivered. I immediately headed to the dealership and loved what I saw, but had to talk it over with family. After have had gone to other dealerships, I decided that no one could match Buchanan's prices or customer service. Dealing with Tom, the GSM, to make sure we were financed quickly and properly was easy and nothing like I have ever experienced at another dealership. The car comes up short on the interior, the carpet is very cheap and the seats stain easily. I should have gotten a new SE.

Got the XSE back in October and I haven’t had a single issue with it. Inside looks amazing and feels nice and cozy. Outside looks great. I get wonderful gas mileage. Huge sunroof to put down on nice days. Great jbl speaker kit that really can make your bump. Smooth driving can manage anything you would need to from the steering wheel. Great car, probably will drive a camry until they give me a reason not too

If Kiersten didn't tell me, I would not have known she was new to Toyota. She has the knowledge, and such a wonderful personality. She was a joy to work with. Positives: Great fuel economy in the hybrid. Comfortable, smooth ride. Negatives: feels like riding in a coffin- numb, dead feel. Interior is ok, but still very cheap feeling. I pushed though an arm rest yesterday when exiting, too much plastic. Too many lines/busy on the exterior. Not good looking in my opinion.

We had a great experience with our salesperson, Marty Swank, at Carmax, White Marsh. He was very professional, knowledgeable and not high pressure. We went in for just an appraisal of our car. He ended up changing our mind from a new car to buying a car from Carmax. We bought a 2016 Subaru Forester. It had everything I wanted and more affordable. It also had very low mileage. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

White Marsh CarMax treated me excellent. After being married for 34 years,I had never bought a car on my own. My husband had done all the dealings for all our cars. He passed away 11 months ago. It was certainly a big life issue for me. My salesman Zack was very professional and not pushy at all.My daughter has dealt with Carmax for her cars in the past. She convinced me to try them. TLDR: A great no pressure place to buy a new Toyota. A fantastic stress free experience purchasing my 2024 Toyota Prius XLE and trading in my 2014 Ford Focus. My car sales associate was Dulane Barnes who acted professionally throughout the whole process. He did not give me any round about talk and always was straight to the point with no pressure and always provided me with additional options when one wasn't available. He was very respectful of my time going above and beyond to provide me transportation after trading in my Ford. I was given a fair trade in value for my Ford and was provided quotes from three different sources to explain the number given. Mr. Barnes was professional and personable throughout the whole process and it is appreciated. Sean was my finance associate for the process. He was also very professional, took the time to explain all options, provided me quickly with my temporary tags & registration, and did not pressure me to purchase any additional plans. I had Jazzmine as my customer service representative who acted as quality control. She was very professional and courteous when inquiring about the process I went through to ensure that I had a good experience and what could have been done to improve it. The only recommendation I have, it's not really feasible, would be a snack/small meal (not vending machine) for those who are present more than four hours within the store. Over all the experience was much better than I had been anticipating and I recommend Safford Brown for Sales. Very Respectfully, Shea
