Used 2025 Toyota Corolla for sale near Frederick, MD

I had a really great experience buying my used vehicle here. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the process easy and comfortable?especially as a woman shopping on my own. The facility was very clean and welcoming. Patrice was amazing to work with and made everything straightforward. I also briefly worked with Christopher, who was very friendly and inviting with no pressure at all. Sheikh was also enjoyable to work with. Overall, a smooth and positive experience. Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

Austin did a great job to make the entire buying process smooth by explaining the features during test drive, answering all my questions through-out the process, helping with my trade-in & finally making the new vehicle up & ready before the handover. Would recommend him !

This review is specifically for Jessica Stagliano at Fitzgerald Toyota. She was GREAT. I ended up purchasing another vehicle, but she was the first (and one of the only) salespeople who could answer ever question about the car I test drove. She also provided MUCH more information than any of the male sales people I encountered. I am genuinely sorry I couldn't work with the car she had available.
