2025 Toyota Corolla review
Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

I want to give a BIG shout out to Nilanga who helped me tremendously this morning when I brought my car in for an Oil Change which I scheduled the appointment for 9:45 A.M. When it was time to move my car to the garage, my car wouldn’t start. Apparently, my car has a safety mechanism when the key is left in the ignition and the car is not turned on, it shuts off and the engine doesn’t start for a while, unless I get a jump start. Nilanga and another gentleman pushed my car into a parking space, so it would not be in the way. As I was deciding on what to do next, Nilanga checked in on me. I said to him I needed a jump to get the car started. Nilanga got the battery jump box and the car immediately started. Nilanga is a kind, gracious, conscientious, caring, attentive, and concern professional. I appreciate his excellent customer service skills and is a value to Koons. I’m more than happy to give this review to him as a good worker. BTW-I did get my oil change, do not need a new battery, and got home before rush hour started. Thank you and bless you! Irma M.

We had a great experience at Fitzgerald Toyota. Our sales person, Andre Roales, was positive, fun, upbeat, and knowledgeable. He really made car buying fun which I didn't think was possible! We talked about the vehicle we were there to test drive, the other vehicles inside the showroom and Andre knew in depth knowledge on all of them and appeared genuinely enthusiastic about the vehicles. The Sales Manager, John Albright also interacted with us and was equally great to work with. John explained that Fitzgerald is an employee owned dealership and that was one of the reasons everyone we encountered was really invested in making our experience positive. From a buyers perspective, IT WORKS! Ultimately we bought a vehicle, with ZERO PRESSURE applied at any point. Imagine having a car buying experience that was actually easy, pleasant and the folks you work with honest and genuine.
