I had my Toyota Rav4 serviced today. I arrived about 15 min. sooner than the appointment time but was taken right in. Anthony, was like always courteous and pleasantly easy to work with. I took advantage of the coupon from Toyota World of Clinton. My wait time was shorter than expected. I had a cup of complimentary coffee while waiting. The spacious waiting area with wariaty of seats could accommodate people who need to complete other tasks in a meantime or have limited mobility. I was updated during the process. I declined suggested additional work and showed the cost for it. I wasn't pressured to pursue. Thank you for raking good care of my vehicle and myself.

I cannot tell you how pleased I am with my Toyota 4Runner purchased at your dealership. I worked with Chris Buck on this and he did an outstanding job. Even though I?m down in Houston Texas, Chris was very responsive and easy to work with. He answered all my calls, texts, and emails in a prompt fashion and answered every question that I had. He truly believes in the art of building solid and long lasting business relationships. Steve Zmani the finance manager didn?t place any pressure on me during the signing process and was quick to get me out as soon as possible. And lastly, Michael Mongiovi, the relationship manager gave me a courtesy call the day after to congratulate me and left his contact information should I have any questions or concerns. The whole process from beginning to end was straight forward, transparent, and absolutely professional - Crestmont Toyota should write a sales book on how to run a business and build relationships. I will definitely be coming back here for my next Toyota.
