We were fortunate to have Angelo as our salesperson. He?s very knowledgeable, no pressure, and he listens. He has an intuitive nature and focus and found the perfect car for us. Kenny Sweet was our salesperson. He ran interference with any concerns we had and was always cheerful helpful courteous and on time. In fact, when our brand new 2025 Hyundai Santat Fe Hybrid was totaled only three months after we bought it, we went right back to Kenny to buy another!

Responded right away to my email. Talked to salesman and asked for pictures, no pictures on website, and did not receive them; this was early morning. After several hours of not hearing anything , I sent another email/text and heard that another salesman was in process of selling the car.

My wife and I contacted AutoNation Toyota of Pinellas Park, FL about possibly purchasing a new to us vehicle. We were connected with Connor. He was Awesome from the start! We made an appointment to visit the dealership on Wednesday, January 28th. When we arrived Connor was waiting for us. He is a Very Bright, Knowledgeable, and Enthusiastic Young Man who I would refer anyone who wants to buy a new or used vehicle to! The Buick Enclave that we looked at we loved it! Since it had only just recently arrived at their dealership it wasn't totally checked out yet. But Connor assured us that it had passed there preliminary inspection. So I took a test drive. I loved how it handled, and operated! So Connor said if we purchased the vehicle they would go over it completely, and make any necessary repairs. We agreed to purchase it, but they found that the shocks and struts needed replacement. So they did that, and all the necessary detailing. Unfortunately it was too late in the day to get it all done. So Connor arranged to let us borrow a rental car from their lot so we could drive back to Leesburg then return to AutoNation in Pinellas Park the next day. So thoughtful of him, and we're grateful of AutoNation Toyota for doing that for us. Due to the fact that our Jeep that we trading in was giving us problems. We returned Thursday, and all work was completed except replacement of the grill which I agreed to come back at a later date to have that done. The only reason it wasn't completed before we arrived was due to the fact that the parts store that they ordered the new grill from wasn't delivering it until the end of the day on Thursday. So we will go back to get that installed. Connor had all necessary paperwork completed , our vehicle registered, and insured. I can't thank him enough he was just totally awesome from start to finish! AutoNation of Pinellas Park Florida you are lucky to have a bright, ambitious, and knowledgeable young salesman on your staff! My wife and I want to thank all of you and especially Connor! Thank you very much! Connor you will go places and exceed beyond your wildest imagination I'm sure! Keep up the great work!

The whole experience was great.Jerome Lennon was very professional and courteous. A very knowledgeable staff. Justin was also great with the loan process. I would definitely recommend it to others.
