He was prepared, had answers to all our questions, and made the process smooth. I normally hate vehicle shopping but, this was a pleasant experience. I was out of there in minimal time. I’m also even more impressed that I negotiated some floor mats and they arrived within days to my front door! Fantastic customer service!!!!

John is the perfect salesman. He is kind, helpful and has a great sense of humor. He listened to all my wants and needs and then produced exactly what I wanted. This is an excellent and well run dealership. I purchased a car through sales consultant Lincoln Newton, who did an outstanding job. I traveled from out of state, so it required trust on my part that things would work out, and I was very pleased with the result. The car and details of the transaction were as promised, Lincoln had the paperwork all prepared, and Luke followed up quickly and efficiently. It was all so effortless and I was back on the road with my new car in record time. I highly recommend this dealership and its staff, and look forward to doing business with them in the future. The Irwin motor group was fast ,friendly and professional. My sales person was Jacob fogg and I tried out a used pickup truck and went for a drive and came back and told him that it has a rattling sound and he assured me that it would be fixed when coming back in on the weekend to purchase the truck, he had texted me and told me that they found the problem and fixed it (loose skid plate) , Jacob thanks for fixing that issue!!!
