Buying experience
We had a good experience working with Justin at Village Pointe Toyota. He worked very hard to make the process a good one. However, We were delayed for over an hour in completing the final paperwork process. It was odd because our appt was at 10:30 am. There wasn't alot going on but for some reason we were kept waiting with no real explanation. It just felt that the salesperson had to keep stalling us. I feel like they should have been more up front as to what the delay was for and we might not have felt so frustrated.

Gus Martinez was professional and provided excellent customer service. I was dreading going through the typical car buying process, but was quite surpised that this was not the case. Gus was straight forward, presented the vehicle cost and provided some additoinal service options. He explained each item on the sales contract. Johnny Nesci, the Product Specialist took the time to show and explain the vehicle functions to me during the Test drive as well as after the vehicle purchase. Johnny was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. This was the best car puchase experience that I have ever had.
