Bob Johnson Toyota review
Hello, We are writing to express our appreciation to Bob Johnson Toyota in Rochester NY for their absolutely outstanding customer service! We recently flew from Minneapolis MN to purchase a Dodge Charger from Bob Johnson Toyota in Rochester NY to drive home to MN. It’s concerning to buy a vehicle online, especially when investing airline tickets and a hotel stay into the cost. Of particular note was our sales consultant; Yehuda Shapira. He crawled all over the vehicle to send us video of every angle, he made last minute changes to our scheduled appointments when our flight was delayed due to mechanical problems, and then delayed again due to weather. Yehuda answered every call or text message we sent immediately- even when the dealership was closed. The vehicle we purchased was exactly as advertised, and thanks to the dealership’s expertise, closing the sale was fast and efficient. The vehicle had been through an inspection, but in the middle of a sunny day, no one thought to recheck the headlights. We followed Yehuda’s directions to see Niagara Falls before driving towards MN… it wasn’t until leaving Niagara late on Saturday night that we discovered our driver’s side headlight wasn’t working. We texted Yehuda long after regular business hours just to make him aware. He replied right away advising us to bring the vehicle to our nearest Dodge dealership, and make him aware of anything found by the technician. The headlight worked intermittently during our drive home. We brought it to our local Dodge dealer in MN who diagnosed a fuse that required replacement; we paid $132.00 for the repair, and informed Yehuda per his request. Shortly thereafter, we received a check from Bob Johnson Toyota reimbursing us the $132.00 repair. Now THAT’s Customer Service!! Ironically, I sat next to a woman on our flight to NY who advised she had ‘bought my last three cars from a Bob Johnson dealership- they’re great!’ We absolutely agree!! Our thanks to Yehuda for being so wonderfully responsive, and to Bob Johnson Toyota for really going above and beyond to provide such an exceptional customer service experience… it was so appreciated!! Thank-You Thank-You THANK-YOU!!! Tim & Angela

Thank you Bob Johnson for yet another great experience with Meghan Garofalo my sales person! I have leased 4 cars from her and will continue to do so. She is incredibly honest, knowledgeable and doesn’t mind my continuous questioning if I don’t understand something. She is very respectful and responsive to any concerns I may have and has invited me to come back if I need further assistance “getting to know” my new car😀! I highly recommend Meghan!!!!

Excellent experience in selling my vehicle to Hoselton and in working with Gwen in sales and acquisitions. The offer was very fair, the process was simple and efficient exactly as I was told it would be. I brought the vehicle in, signed over the title and 15 minutes later had a check in hand.

Hoselton has become our dealership. The service and follow up is top shelf. Our salesperson, Austen Fee, is our car guy. We have just leased our 4th car with his expert help. Austen has gone above and beyond to help us find the perfect car. We love our new Rogue Platinum, a replacement lease for out Rogue LS, our Altima SR and our first Rogue VS. I would highly recommend Hoselton for your auto needs,
