AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe review
I submitted a negative review last week after a 5-week ordeal with a new car, but Autonation worked with me to resolve the issue via service and make up for it in other ways, which I appreciated. I don't see any way to edit my previous review so I am submitting this new one.

My entire experience at this dealership was extremely positive! The sales staff was very friendly and helpful. The store manager was very much involved in a positive way. I am very comfortable with having purchased a 2020 Tacoma there.

Thank you so much for wonderful service with the purchase of my new 4Runner! It’s perfect- everything I asked for and then some. Arvin Mercado handled every single detail with a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge. It was an easy process from start to finish. Definitely ask for Arvin if you are calling ahead to schedule an appointment to see their inventory or if you just show up and want to make sure you’re in good hands! He’s great!

I don't usually write reviews, but I absolutely had to because of my most recent experience with this dealership. Candela, our saleswomen, and Lee Cook helped me get my dream car. They both went out of their way to help me achieve this dream. I don't have the words to describe how grateful I am. They went above and beyond and the entire experience was so positive. I purchased a car from this dealership 3 years ago and also had a great experience. Everybody who works here is so warming and welcoming.

I haven't purchased a vehicle in 14 years and this was the best experience I have had purchasing a large item. From Shane my sales person to the finance guy, Vasquez worked their magic so that I could afford the truck and payments. Enjoying my new ride. Thank you for a great experience.

J Weiss has always been professional and willing to listen. This was kind of an emergency because I knew that the engine was not operating correctly. He got my car checked in and sent me updates as they occurred. I was able to pick up my car before the end of the second day that my car was at the dealership.

Stevinson Toyota West review
Wow! Beyond thank you! Was given an erroneous, panic causing, possible inept unscrupulous service by a different large volume Toyota group just north of Denver. Worst EXPERIENCE ever. Stevinson Toyota West -POLAR OPPOSITE, Josh and Ryan in service went beyond any expectations, communicated clearly, cared about my situation as if I was their family member. I live 2k+miles from Denver, I was disposable at the other dealership, I was VALUED at Stevinson West. My Denver based family will recommend, and on my future visits I will return confidently and gladly to Stevinson Toyota West.
