Modern Toyota on Peters Crk Pkwy is truly awesome. I have had quite a few services done there and my last one March 1 was no different. Reno Voss and team were super friendly, professional, honest, and kept me updated on several large issues needing to be done to my 2017 Tacoma...It now runs like a new one and was done in such a timely manner...I recommend this family owned business to EVERYONE!!! I will buy from them anytime...Thank you Reno!!!

We had an outstanding experience working with Amanda Harris at Modern Toyota in Winston-Salem. She was extremely professional, friendly, and patient as we navigated several unexpected delays in getting the title for our trade-in. Amanda went above and beyond to hold the vehicle we really wanted, and made the entire trade and purchase process smooth and pressure-free. We drive from Raleigh to Winston just to buy from this dealership because there's no haggling or overselling—just honest, exceptional service. This was our fourth purchase from Modern Toyota and certainly won’t be our last. Highly recommend both the dealership and Amanda!

RUBEN HOLGUIN is the best salesman that I have ever worked with! He was very welcoming, friendly, personable, and immediately made me feel that he had my best interest at heart, unlike other car salesman elsewhere. He never pressured me like I have been in the past car shopping. He walked me through the different options, and made the process very smoothly. He even helped me clean out my car, as I didn’t think I was going to be driving home in a new one! I am very grateful to have worked with Ruben, and will forever refer him to everyone I meet! Thank you for your help and guidance with my new Lexus GX460!!!

Toyota of Greensboro is the best. Greg Moore was my salesman he done a fantastic job today getting me in my new 2026 Rav4. He is very smart and knowledgeable all while being understanding of my needs. I went in today for a service job and came home with a new car. I am definitely happy and grateful for Greg he stayed and made sure I got all setup with linking my car and phone. What really stood out about him he wasn't in a rush just to make a sell He really took his time and I appreciate that. He made me comfortable in making my decision . I can not Thank him enough

Greg Moore was my sales rep and I wish I could buy all my cars from him. I never once felt pressured and he offered me valuable information that helped me make my decision. Matt Colvin, sales manager, and Joe Russoli, who did my closing, were also very laid back and helpful. The entire experience was fantastic and moved much quicker than any other time I've purchased a car. I highly recommend this dealership and would buy from them again.

It was easy, enjoyable and relaxing to work with Matthew Boggs. He worked with me and I got the 4Runner that I wanted. This is my 10th vehicle purchased & 1st at this location and he was the Best Salesperson I ever worked with! I would drive to Greensboro from Raleigh again to work with Matthew. It was worth the trip!

Toyota of Greensboro review
I bought a 2017 Prius C from you in 2021 and have been entirely pleased with it and with Rice's excellent and courteous service, so much so that II have continued to come to you for service since I moved to Raleigh early last year. PS I especially like working with your female service managers!. They are both knowledgable and efficient. The previous owner was a smoker and I, a long time ex-smoker. It took two treatments; but your salesman managed that admirably. (I am a life-long salesperson myself and know how aggravating it is to be taken away from selling to take care of the ancillary chores!) Additionally, I hasten to add my compliments to management for your excellent phone agent, Fernando Fuentes; he is courteous, competent and accommodating! Please be sure to send him a copy of my comments. Thank you for providing such excellent all around service and atmosphere for your customers! Sincerely, Bob Foxworth
