Cody Sofranek is absolutely 💯 wonderful, He is the reason I purchased my vehicle from Bobby Rahal of Lancaster dealership. Cody answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. He explained step by step what to expect through out the whole car purchasing experience. I had several offers from other dealership with less mileage and discount for the same Lexus I ended up purchasing at Bobby Rahals. Cody is a no pressure sales person and was excellent to work with. That was the deciding factor on why I purchased my vehicle at this dealership. I can't say enough about Cody's top notch customer service. Thank you Cody I truly appreciated working with you and I'm loving my beautiful Lexus.

I found the Fitzgerald team to be very professional and knowledgeable. There was a couple issues with my used Ram 1500 and the service department was very responsvie and provided a loaner car while they addresed the issues. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend Fitzgerald for a new or used truck or car purchase.

Heritage Toyota HarrisburgReviews
Heritage Toyota Harrisburg review
I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service Jay Chism provided during my recent vehicle purchase on 11/22/2025. From the very beginning, he made my wife and me feel prioritized and genuinely cared for, which is something we did not expect walking into a dealership. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond set the tone for a truly outstanding experience. Jay took the time to guide us through a process we weren’t familiar with, and he explained everything clearly without ever making us feel rushed or uncomfortable. He consistently checked in with us, made sure we understood every step, and ensured that we felt supported the entire way. His dedication to making the experience smooth and stress-free truly stood out. What impressed us most was the heart behind his service. Jay made it very clear through his actions and words that he approaches his job with sincerity and a desire to show people genuine kindness. It’s rare to meet someone in sales who is motivated by more than just the transaction, and Jay demonstrated that he genuinely cares about the people he works with and the families he helps. Overall, Jay provided a level of care, respect, and integrity that deserves recognition. He made a big step for our family to feel secure and meaningful, and we left the dealership feeling confident and grateful. Jay is an asset to your team, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for someone they can trust.

Younger is THE place to go to get your new Toyota. I worked with Brandon over the past 3 months and he's fantastic. He was patient as I test drove a 4runner 3 times, and then ultimately helped me order my dream one. He kept me updated while we were waiting, and we were both excited once it finally arrived. Finalizing the sale was easy and actually fun. The finance dept, Dwayne Johnson in particular, was fantastic. I definitely recommend Younger!

Worked with Zo. Showed me vehicles I was interested in and worked within my terms to make things complete and final same day. Nice and refreshing to see someone not just looking may dollar signs but work to accommodate.

Great customer service all around! I worked with Darrell Williams and he was amazing, we came in from out of state and were able to work through a lot over the phone/emails. Left with a 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross and the process was very easy and honest! Totally recommend his service and the dealership if you are shopping for your next car!
