Had synthetic oil change, tire rotation , and multi point inspection completed on 2015 Camry . TJ was the service advisor and was extremely friendly and helpful. The tech was Matt Nunamaker and got everything done in record amount of time . I had dropped vehicle off at about 1040 and everything was complete by 1117. Only 37 minutes to complete all that , usually it takes at least 1 hr - 1 1/2 hours at other Toyota dealers. Thanks for everyone being professional and servicing my daughter’s vehicle that she uses to get from college in Knoxville back home to Virgina . Appreciate it very much !!!

I am not very easy to deal with but my salesman Joey Gilbert had such patience and especially the manager that I dealt with Pete, I am not sure of his last name. They make sure they do all that they can to get you totally satisfied with your deal. Pete himself (while wearing a tie and shirt) traded out step bars and installed a bed cover to get me satisfied enough to seal the deal that day. This last Friday I went to Rick McGill Toyota to look at buying a used 2004 Ford F150 that I had talked to Siera about. I drove the truck and looked it over and decided to buy even though it had a check engine light on. On Saturday morning I had the computer checked and the reason for the light was a timing issue with the fix being timing chains replacement or engine replacement. I don't believe anyone at the dealership knew for sure because it had just recently been traded in. So, I went straight back to the dealership, even though I had made the deal on Friday along with all the paperwork....the truck was mine. I asked to talk to someone in charge and Rick McGill came over and talked to me. He was very concerned that the situation even happend and wanted to help. He kept the truck and gave me a loaner for the weekend. They called me on Monday afternoon and said they would not be able to sell me that truck and wanted me to come back and talk to them about a different truck and gave me a 2010 Ford f150 4wd....a truck that was 6 years newer than the one I brought back. To make a long story short, I made several friends over the last 6 days. Have a super honest dealship that I will return to in years to come and left there this afternoon feeling great.. If you don't give Rick McGill a shot, you are doing a disservice to yourself and your car buying expierence. I now own the 2010 F150 and my payment only went up by 29.00. I am writing this in the best mood I have ever been in when I have had to deal with a car dealership. Do yourself a favor.....go see John Bushmann....my salesperson and get the highest level of respect from a dealership that has shown that they really care. From OWNER, to FINANCE MANAGER. to SALESMAN. these folks know how to treat their customers.

I called about a truck that was for sale. Jeff answered the phone and told me it was still for sale. I asked him to hold it for me. I went right down to see it and he was very helpful. I bought the truck and Jeff showed me how it worked. He got me Kim Greene to fill out the paper work . It was getting late and I can not see good enough to drive at night. Jeff said he would have it delivered the next morning to my house in Sevierville. It was there by 8am. Both were great to work with. I have never gone to a better place to buy a vehicle. They added some running boards to it. When I was ready to leave the truck was ready to go. I have told my friends about Fox and how wonderful they were.
