Dead honest review from a real person.... Absolutely one of the best car dealer experiences I've had. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly but Al C was just beyond exceptional in personality and very respectful unlike several other dealers I've met with recently. I’m officially a CarMax fan for life! If I could give this team more than 5 stars, I would. My entire experience—from the high-energy sale to the incredible post-purchase service—has been top-tier. The Buying Experience: I came in looking for a specific Tesla Model Y that was still being processed as a trade-in. Despite the logistical hurdles, Mark worked tirelessly to make the car available for me to buy that same day. He then handed us off to Briana M., and the rest was history! A huge shoutout to the Business Operations Manager, Cherisse O., for her expertise in clearing the paperwork and title issues so I could drive home in the car I wanted. The Trade-In: CarMax made trading in my Jeep Laredo X incredibly easy. While Friendly Ford in Las Vegas tried to lowball me at $25,500, CarMax offered a fair $31,800. They are honest and easily the best to work with. The Service (The True Test): The real 5-star service happened after the sale. My 2025 Tesla Model Y had a minor error, and Vanessa Blaschick in the service department was a total rockstar. She walked me through the entire process, kept me updated constantly, and coordinated a transfer to Tesla to ensure it was repaired correctly and for free. I had my car back within 48 hours! High praises to the management team at this location for hiring such professional, dedicated people like Mark, Briana, Cherisse, and Vanessa. They’ve earned a customer for life!

2020 Toyota Corolla Hatchback review
This car saved me today from a car accident. I fell asleep behind the wheel and the alarm system woke me up when I got too close to the car in front of me. I had just enough time to break. This system can save a life. I am so thankful for who designed this car. Fabulous work. Very reliable, elegant, fun to drive.

2021 Toyota Corolla Hatchback review
Bought a used 2021 as I was getting bored of driving a Toyota minivan for work after a lot of research. I got the SE with auto. It’s small fun and surprisingly comfortable. I needed a compromise between comfort reliability efficiency and performance and this was it. Not the fastest to 60 but power available with no hesitation. 10 air bags and safety features are welcome as well.

2020 Toyota Corolla Hatchback review
This car meets all my needs. It’s sporty , but also practical. Enough leg room for driver and passenger. Runs smooth and quiet. Display is very informative and easy to navigate. Comfortable seats.

2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback review
I feel comfortable in the drivers seat, and love the dashboard. But I don’t like the fact that rain is caught in the door and you can hear it “swoosh” when turning. I first thought I had a gallon of juice in the back. Plus, I can’t find a cargo cover for the hatchback.

Larry H. Miller Hyundai Peoria review
I helped my mom (76) buy a new Hyundai Kona from LHM Hyundai in Peoria, AZ and was very impressed with the buying experience. I've been helping family and friends buy cars for 30 years, and this is the nicest, most helpful, lowest-pressure experience ever! Our sales rep, Theresa Yont, was more informed about the car's specs and features than any sales rep I've worked with before (dozens), and she was not pushy, patronizing, or condescending at all. She was very easy-going, got us everything we needed, and was very accommodating for my mom (who was very nervous about getting a new-fangled high-tech modern vehicle). She even helped us unfreeze my mom's credit reporting. The price they gave us was actually LOWER than what was advertised without the need to haggle, and there were NO dealer add-ons! That is mind-blowing in new-car sales. Our paperwork guy, Mauricio Sanchez was also very nice and offered, but didn't push extended warranties or service contracts and pointed out that LHM doesn't pay on commission which explains why they are so friendly and helpful rather than sleazy, aggressive, or sneaky like some dealership personnel. I would definitely recommend LHM over any other dealership (Anywhere! I've worked with many), and ask for Theresa Yont.
