This past weekend, a gentleman asked the cashier about scheduling service. She said he would have to ask a service rep. He walked around aimlessly looking for one in the pods. He past one and he said I?m just trying to schedule service. Your employee said?.. ?Good Luck with that?. This man used to be helpful but my daughter had a negative experience with him last week as well.
