Rudy Luther Toyota review
Josh Hartigan had absolutely terrible customer service. You should absolutely try to avoid him. He was incredibly rude during the entire financial process. It seemed like he was upset I didn't take his loan insurance offer that would give him commission. I expected Luther Toyota to hire better employees for a more friendly experience. Cheer up Josh, come on. Dave Thomas was a great guy! I loved my experience with him, and he made the process very smooth. I got the car that I liked and he didn't try to sell me anything extra on top. Class act. Superb service. Friendly guy. Bottom line: ask for Dave, avoid Josh.

I've been with Maplewood Toyota for 18 years when I bought my 2007 Toyota Camry. I've been to other mechanics over the years in Maplewood Toyota's customer service is above and beyond any of the mechanics I worked with in the past. I'll accept one but he's retired now. Even when my car had 350,000 miles on it and the air conditioning unit had leaks in it they didn't pressure me to fix it. Miguel the mechanic is awesome to work with. Just recently the sway bars were frozen and again he didn't pressure me to replace them. Just purchased a 2026 BZ and Doug at Maplewood Toyota was so professional, easy to work with, answered all my questions and made the entire purchasing of a vehicle so easy. The entire staff and Maplewood Toyota did not pressure me into buying anything I didn't want. This happened 18 years ago when I bought my 2007 Camry . It is so refreshing to work with a dealership that respects their customers. I would highly recommend Doug, Magil, and Fay at Maplewood Toyota for all your Automotive needs.

I was looking to trade in my car and purchase a pre-owned car and upgrade. After reviewing their online inventory I was interested in 2 vehicles. So I walked into their dealership and learn both cars had already been sold, within a day! Lesby was so patient and helpful to provide other options. She learned quickly what I was looking for. She really hustled for us showing us all sorts of cars to test drive and I really appreciated how she wanted to help us find the right car.
