I was in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and from the start Ryan Pettit, a sales specialist there, was on top of things. I initially received a personalized video acknowledging that they received my inquiry. I was able to communicate back and forth with questions and Ryan put up with this for about a week and a half. Ryan was very down to earth, not pushy, and very honest about the cars we talked about and I couldn’t appreciate that more. Would I go back and get another car from here? Absolutely. I bought a new car from Mabi at Maplewood Toyota two years ago and it was a great experience. Somewhere along the way I decided that I wanted something a little bigger. I emailed Mabi and told him what I was looking for, something with very low miles and a year or two old, as well as some other specific things that I wanted. And he found me the perfect vehicle. All of the details just fell into place, he got me a good trade in amount for my original car, they credited back my extended warranty, it was fantastic. Everyone there was great to work with, I can’t recommend them enough.

I live in Sioux Falls and recently purchased a 2022 Toyota Highlander from Walser. I had never purchased a vehicle before that I had not seen or driven. Phillip Sosin walked me through the steps needed to complete this process in a very thorough and polite manner. Not being a (techie) I was worried but everything worked out. I couldn't be more pleased with the vehicle other than I have yet to figure out all of the electronics which my grand kids have been helping me do. Josh Hartigan had absolutely terrible customer service. You should absolutely try to avoid him. He was incredibly rude during the entire financial process. It seemed like he was upset I didn't take his loan insurance offer that would give him commission. I expected Luther Toyota to hire better employees for a more friendly experience. Cheer up Josh, come on. Dave Thomas was a great guy! I loved my experience with him, and he made the process very smooth. I got the car that I liked and he didn't try to sell me anything extra on top. Class act. Superb service. Friendly guy. Bottom line: ask for Dave, avoid Josh.

I take both of my vehicles in for service here regularly. They always deliver too-notch service, wash the cars, have a very nice waiting area with amenities, and treat me cordially. I feel comfortable with them looking over the car and making recommendations when needed with me feeling like I am being upsold on every visit.

All of the service department employees are great people and easy to work with. My kids also have their cars serviced there.
