I had a totally pleasant experience at the Audi Long Beach dealership as I was interested in an Audi TTS advertised online. Mr. Kien Phan provided clear, competent details of the essential functions of the vehicle both during the test drive and after the purchase, and Mr Sepulveda patiently discussed financial aspects of the purchase and trade-in over two days (since I needed an overnight reflection period!). When I returned for additional questions after the purchase was satisfactorily completed, Mr. Phan again took the time to answer fully all my requests (in particular I could not raise the spoiler, and I am one of those who hate to check details on an online document). In fact, Mr. Phan found for me an actual paper technical manual, which made me very happy. I know that I can rely on the staff for any follow-up issues. Thank you to all for your competence and courtesy! I love my new TTS. I used to have the first TT quattro model (1999- 2000) that I kept for 13 years, and drove safely in snow, ice and hot weather. I missed it when I subsequently bought a different car. Now I'm happy to drive again this beautiful, dynamic machine, and I am sorry Audi decided to discontinue this great vehicle. In conclusion, I believe that the Audi dealership at Long Beach meets all the professional standards one can expect when buying a new vehicle.

Jessie at Toyota in West Covina on Azusa and Manny who does all the paperwork finance me and put me in a car so that I can be a driver and continue my job. I had an amazing experience yesterday at Tustin GMC & Buick with Seth R.. I called him the night before to ask about the Sierra EV 2025, and he got right on it! We got the deal done in minutes, charged up the truck, and it was waiting for me to pick it up the next morning because I couldn?t make it that evening. This dealership is incredible! I usually buy luxury vehicles, and the service was just as great as when I do business with Porsche or Land Rover. George in finance was nothing short of amazing as well. The management is doing an incredible job keeping them going because they have such a great team. Every turn was met with a smile, and even in workout clothing, I felt like a valued customer.
