I went to Nye to try and lease a new vehicle and return our current lease! Me and my wife were looking to test drive a Toyota Rav4 because we heard great things about them and we weren't disappointed. Our salesman Nelson was very informative as he rode along on our test drive and unbelievably knowledgeable about the car and procedures of how to go about making our transfer to a new lease very relaxing and easy. Purchased a Grand Highlander at Woburn from out of state. Kayo was helpful and consistently available for communication prior to my arrival at the dealership, making the process mostly smooth once at the dealership. There was a minor issue in the finance office regarding out of state temp plates that was addressed and I was able to take the vehicle home same day. Even so, Kayo and Viviani from finance remained professional and supportive throughout. A few days after the purchase, I had a small hiccup at the DMV. Kayo was immediately available and helped me work through issue. I appreciate his responsiveness, highly recommend!
