Decided to stop by the Toyota of Corona location and happy I did. Was lucky to get a great sales person (Steven), who I felt was on my side and made this whole process easy. You normally dread coming into the dealer, but Steven, made this process simple and easy. He was able to explain everything in detail, had patience, and professionalism. I was never planning on purchasing from this location, but Steven was just to great of a sales person. Please ask for him if you visit here. I went in with what I thought was a deal in hand and agreed. Unfortunately when I arrived I was told financing would have to be through Toyota. Which I had already explained I would not be doing. After I left thankfully the manager called back and set me up with Beto who was no nonsense. Purchased the car and drove off in two hours.

We greatly appreciated Jeff Canlas' straightforwardness. We do a great deal of research before purchasing a car and knew what we wanted and the price range we would consider. He was one of very few salespeople who provided us with a detailed breakdown of pricing and who didn't waste our time by promising things he couldn't actually deliver. We have no patience for bait and switch dealers. Jeff stayed in touch, let us know when a particular car in which we had an interest was actually on the lot and even stayed open on New Year's Day to enable us to see the vehicle in person. We asked for some consideration on one small add-on and he made that happen as well. The pricing was right, the trade-in offer was fair and it was a pleasure to work with a person who didn't "play games" but just delivered what was promised. We would recommend Jeff and his dealership.

Emma proved that you don't have to solve the problem to provide an incredible experience. While it is frustrating, you can't get around the fact that cars breakdown. Her ability to engage and communicate the entirety of the problem, along with possible next steps made it an otherwise painless experience.

It was my old cars time to go (Gloria) at work my coworker brought up CarMax as he just got a new pickup truck from them. My partner and I scheduled an appointment for a viewing Wednesday the 6th. I had to keep adding water to my car so she can take us there. I was nervous as this was my first time purchasing a car. IT WAS THE CAR IVE BEEN WANTING :) and Elijah Combs was our representative. Excellent Service from Start to Finish! I had a fantastic experience with Toyota Vallejo and their team. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful—no pushy sales person or tactics or gimmicks. They were willing to help me find the right deal for the Prius Prime I wanted to buy. The process was smooth from start to finish. The sales manager, Andrew, explained every step clearly and worked with me to find deal that fit my budget. The car was detailed, gassed up, and came sooner than I expected. It’s not often that car buying feels easy and stress-free, but this dealership made it happen. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new Toyota or any other used vehicle they carry because of their exceptional customer service. Antioch Toyota had the 2024 Toyota Corolla SE Hatch in Inferno color in stock. I recieved the best price in the region and their trade-in offer was generous. I highly recommend this dealership, my sales associate, Laura Benham and their finance guy, Richard. They didn't bend me around a post on the negotiations and respected my time. We just moved to Theresa from Florida 3 weeks ago. We did not expect to purchase a 2nd vehicle so early in our move. Matt Spencer was amazing. They had literally just took a Rav 4 in as a trade. We couldn't afford what the other dealers in the area had on their lots. We stopped at Waites Toyota and saw the Rav 4 sitting there. Although it was not checked or cleaned up yet we took it for a test drive. We instantly wanted the car. Matt new we couldn't afford high payments so he worked hard to get us where we needed to be. Tim Everson was wonderful in the financing department. We have purchased many new and used vehicles in Florida and we would spend the entire day just in the financing department. Matt and Tim were all prepared for us when we picked up the car. This was the most amazing experience we have ever had purchasing a car. We look forward to working with Matt Spencer again.

Had Mellissa as Internet Manager. Process was extremely simple. Initially assigned salesman had to step away due to other obligations. Backup saleswoman as helpful. Paperwork signature was the downfall of this seamless operation.
