I have had this car since 2013. I have a feeling it is going to last me a long time. The only thing I don't like about it is the spare being underneath the car where I cannot get to it to check the air or put air in it. I would rather have the spare inside somewhere.

My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

2015 highlander limited. Its very smooth , the seat/mirror memory buttons are great , the auto high beams are awesome. Its easy to maintain, all the fluids and breaks etc are very easy to service right in the driveway. It has the 6 speed transmission that is known to be very reliable (unlike the 8spd trans that toyota came out with in 2017)

This was an online purchase with salesman Roq Micheal’s. He was very helpful and made this online deal flawless. Reached a purchase price with Jonathan and felt confident to put down a $1000 over the phone. We had already did test drives in Chattanooga TN. ALM couldn’t even be beat even by Marshall Mize Ford. We switched from 4Runner to Highlander! Many years of Toyota loyalty in our family. Camrys to Tacoma’s we have had them all. I stole my wife’s 4Runner away from her and replaced it with a 2021 Highlander XSE. It’s been awesome. Bought it brand new. We just hit 65k. We drive from northern Idaho to Scottsdale Az all year and at anytime. Yes, anytime. AWD Snowmobile. It’s awesome in the snow! 22-28 MPG on the Hwy. For those worried about driving a wagon looking vessel around that does not have the great looks of the 4Runner? Don’t worry about it. The XSE has a great looking front end. The XSE Model handles great and boogies. Yes, it’s quick and drives like a sports car. Well, it handles well not quite a sports car. Don’t get the regular Highlander. XSE looks different, has the JBL stereo and drives great. AWD with a Snow Mode. Oh, and it had a third row for little ones. Reliability - been amazing. Zero issues.

My family and I needed new vehicles and we narrowed it down to either Audi, Lexus, or Volvo. We have 2 kids so we needed something safe, comfortable, and reliable but not sacrificing luxury either. We test drove each brand and talked to their sales team. Lexus was okay. Audi did not disappoint but the car felt a little uncomfortable and outdated. Volvo, however, we were blown away! We worked with Jeana and Kevin. Each created a relaxing atmosphere that you don’t really feel with other dealerships. They treated our children well too! They had little coloring books and snacks. As far the deals they have: second to none. We feel like the price was fair and everything was explained to us, not sold to us. We had so many questions and Kevin would basically give you a straight answer. No fluff, no extra BS. Buying a car is heavy work. It takes a lot of your time and a lot of your hard earned money. If you’re going to spend money on something, make sure you spend it WITH the right people. Kevin targeted deals that fit exactly what we needed. We feel like we get the best deal out of the 3 brands because the service was top notch. Our cars are dope. Couldn’t be happier!

I drove over from Alabama to look at a used Ford they had advertised. I call to inquire about the car and Jonah told me since I was traveling so far to look at the car he would have the keys in his pocket and have the car ready to inspect when I arrived. The car was exactly as they had advertised it to be and had a a fair price . The fact that they do not charge any add on fees or hidden charges is why I deal with Cobb Toyota. I purchased the car and will buy again from this dealership.

This dealership had plenty of inventory to choose from and were very willing to negotiate the ridiculous market adjustment down to almost zero. Jimmy Hendrix was easy and friendly to work with. Fastest paperwork completion ever. Travelled an hour to buy here.

I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

We had the pleasure of working with Rob Flauter when looking to buy a RDX. He is so friendly and personable. Our entire car buying experience was top notch. I had to bring back my car for some touch ups and he even offered to bring me home if I couldn't get a ride. What awesome customer service:) We also want to give Joey a shout out in finance. Where do I start? I purchased my Beloved Jeep from Palmer Dodge Jeep in Roswell, GA in May of 2020. The Sales staff (Thomas Jackson) was great, and the overall service was great during that purchase experience. Since the time of my purchase, I have taken my Jeep to be serviced by Palmer for every Oil change, Lube, and all other maintenance. On June 25th, 2022, I had a major Drive Train issue with my Four-Wheel Drive shaft which malfunctioned and completely destroyed my Transfer Case while I was driving at 80 MPH on the Highway. The event was extremely scary and highly unusual for any vehicle, particular a jeep. I had my vehicle towed to Palmer that day, they gave me a Nice 2022 Jeep Low Miles Loaner for the entire duration of the time my vehicle was under repair. In May of 2020, I had purchased the Drive Train Warranty that was highly recommended by Thomas and the sales Manager. You never really know if you will need that warranty until you need that warranty. Kim K., my Case manager for Palmer Service Dept, was truly the Best!, she handled everything from the start, she kept me in the loop throughout every step of the process with parts ordered, parts cost, parts delivery, installation, to completion. David K, the Service Manger did an excellent job explaining my Warranty and all that was covered. I am truly glad I made that Purchase of the Warranty. From David K., Kim K, and Jim the Technician that fixed my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, the service at Palmer Dodge was Fantastic and I highly recommend them for the Purchase of the Vehicle, Service and Repair, and just overall customer service satisfaction. My experience with Palmer Dodge and dealing with a major car repair and a potential huge car repair bill if the warranty was not in place, was stressful but was completely catered to by the excellent customer service from the entire staff. Large doors and front seats. Easy to get in and out. You have to pull past the protective bollard at the gas pump as to not ding the edge of the door. A lot of safety bells and whistles for an older car. Can tow with the best and high enough to take fishing and hunting. Good power. Feels safe in winter driving with in reason. If it gets icy or the snow gets over 5” I stay home. Operational noise is not annoying even when pulling into traffic or down shifting going up a steep hill. It gets almost 21 miles per gallon. I have no intention of spending thousands more on a vehicle to get better gas mileage. It’s paid off. I’m retired and put about 8000 miles a year on it. It still runs like new. I would love to keep it as long as I can. It also can haul pretty much everything I need.

Sales where excellent. Trade in was fair. Honest to balance and rotate three days after purchase. Definitely come prepared to buy the extended warranty. It's worth it.

This is my second Highlander. The first was a 2008 model and still in the family running great. This model has also served me well. I have 75,000 miles on it. I bought new tires at 60,000 and just had the battery replaced 3 weeks ago. The car runs great!

It has a lot of road noise and the low profile tires makes feel like you're running on flats you feel everything I'm not happy at all it's nothing like my 2015 highlander no compassion at all!

We did all of our communication over the phone and text and the sale representatives were very punctual and helpful in the purchase of our car. We were even able to fill out all of the paperwork online so when it came time to go in and pick the car up everything was ready and seamless. Overall throughly enjoyed our experience at ALM.

Great family vehicle. Drove my last one for 9 years and it still ran perfectly until I was in a bad wreck and totaled it. I walked away without a scratch after rolling and flipping it down a steep hill six times.

I waited months, purposely, before writing this review. When I initially bought the car, I was scared because the reviews made it seem as if I made the worst mistake of my life. 6 months, 7000 miles later, the car running great. In the beginning, there was the weird shifting and lag but as time went on, around 5000 miles it had mostly smoothed out. After I took it for the TSB/Recall for a software update, it has been running perfectly since, no lag or strange shifting at all. I haven’t had any trouble otherwise. It’s roomy and comfortable for long trips. The third row is really for short trips(no more than 1hr 1/2) and for people 5’8 and under. The MPG excels on the highway especially on ECO mode with cruise control. I’ve gotten it as high as 33/34 mpg at 70mph on relatively flat land. In the city, it does terrible. I average around 17-19 even with slowly accelerations. My DTE is 290-310miles, 95% City driving. I’m sure those who use it on the highway will reach much higher. Despite the new 4 Cylinder Turbo, it has quite a bit of power and was able to take off very fast with a car loaded with adults (even in the third row). As of right now, the engine has been nothing but reliable. If anything changes, I’ll surely come back and edit this review. But for now, this 23 Highlander Limited Non-Hybrid, is a fantastic mid-size SUV and I recommend it now with the software update taking care of the shifting problem.

I've always loved the look and feel of a Toyota Highlander. But I never thought I could afford one. I found my Highlander at Alton Toyota, Alton, Il. and fell in love. I asked about the price and I couldn't believe it was right in my price range. I test drove it and it was love at first drive. Everyone from the Sales-person, finance and even the Technicians. were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. They even went above and beyond making sure I got the best loan that fit me. I love my highlander and just got back from Myrtle Beach SC, driving round trip. It is so fun to drive and all the room is unbelievable. I highly recommend both the highlander and Alton Toyota dealership!

Zero problems in 8 years ownership. Very comfortable. Still looks brand new. My next car will definitely be another Highlander, perhaps a 2025 Highlander Hybrid.
