PLEASE NOTE: Before you purchase this vehicle make sure there are at least two hydrogen fueling stations near your residence and/or work, because stations do go offline regularly for maintenance or to replenish fuel supplies. The vehicle is relatively low maintenance and inexpensive to maintain, but every 35,000 miles the ion filter needs to be replaced, which will set you back about $600 or so. If buying a used vehicle around 35,000 or 70,000 miles, check to see if the ion filter has been replaced and factor that into your decision.

If you are looking for a fuel efficient, fun to drive, sporty, futuristic car that makes everyone's head turn, this is the car. The Mirai is a unique car that has a lot to offer. The downside to this car is that it's tough if you have small kids that require car seats. The installation process is long and if you have kids in boosters its hard to fit your hand between the seat to clip the seat belt in. If you don't fall into this category, than you will love driving this car.
