Chris was great. Honest and accommodating. He stayed late to help get paperwork done and was easy, not pushy at all. Although, the check wngine light did come on during the drive home, it was expected and discussed ahead of time as they were able to work on the price with me a little. Would do business with Supreme Auto again.

After conducting a credit check, which did not yield the best results, Marcus advised me to contact my bank, make a payment on my credit card, and request a pre-auto loan. I followed his advice on Friday morning, but unfortunately, my bank declined my application. 1,300 miles apart and felt like absolute family over the phone. We been eyeballing Challengers and when South Texas American Auto pulled in a black on black scat pack T/A we knew we instantly wanted it. The problem being is we are in a West Virginia. We knew we would need the car transported and never heard of this car lot but called anyway. Brian the salesman answered the phone and did not push us to take the car instead he went above and beyond to make sure we got to FaceTime with him and the car comfortably. See it cold start and even see the small ding. Brian took care of us like family and we worked on the price that would work for us both and than he even helped us set up shipping. How much more awesome can you get? Oh it gets better. This car had to set down there for 7 days waiting on shipping and they found a small water leak and sunk hundreds in the repair when they could have just sent it on. If you’re looking for a car lot to treat you like family instead of a pushy salesman this is the one! Thank you guys so much for the amazing car it is everything and more that we hoped for.

I bought 3 cars so far 2007 Lexus es 2012 Lexus rx450 and now 13 Lexus gs350 and they’ve all been great so I’ll definitely get my next upgrade there and refer them if I know someone who needs a good car and professional dealer experience
