The service department receives high volumes of customers, but James is always ready to give his customers great service and honest assessments and results. While convenience is also a reason I take my vehicle to Koons, pricing is also competitive and I prefer using OEM parts for my vehicle.

He was extremely attentive to our inquiries and concerns, making an extraordinary effort to alert us to a model and price of a car that became available on the lot. We dropped off our Highlander to have repairs done. Talked with Danny about the repairs and agreed to have the work done. Danny stayed in touch with us while the repairs were completed.
