I brought my 2022 Elantra to this dealership for a tire repair. Unfortunately I had a blowout and had to buy a new tire. Not a huge big deal but, after the tire repair it would’ve been nice for the tech to clean all the pasty lubricant off the tire and rim after installation, and most of all it would have been nice when they put the spare back in the trunk to put the cover and Matt back in place. Am I expecting too much? This Is a 10 to 15 second task to put the covers on. I just think it is common courtesy, it’s what I would do. Other than that the staff in the service department was good.

80,000 miles so far on my 2013 Prius C. My car has been hit twice and has come out of those repairs with zero issues, still feels like the car it was the day I bought it (purchased new from dealership). Incredible gas mileage. Only downside to this car is that it is not a quiet ride. I can really only use Bluetooth for calls if I’m driving around the city, as soon as I’m on the highway it’s too loud.

I daily the prius C 2 and it's just the perfect car. It's small and light enough to just zip through traffic and the instant torque from the electric engine can get you where you need to go quick. The handling is tight and responsive and the wheel is nice and smooth. Nimble, light, and forgiving is how I would describe the drive feel. The car can fit quite a bit of cargo for its size if the seats are folded down. I moved all of my stuff cross country in it and honesty could have fit more than I brougt. Otherwise, it can comfortably move 3 passengers + driver without much issue. The only thing it can't do is haul a bunch of luggage and people at the same time. When you baby it, you'll get mpg near 50, so fuel costs are a nonissue. It's never broken down and never had any issues that weren't my fault. It's the perfect car and I would recommend it to anyone who was open minded about driving a small car.

Told us to bring our Prius in, and they topped off all of the fluids, and inspected our car NO CHARGE. No other dealer would be this GREAT, and extend such a COURTESY! If we move down here we WILL BUY our next vehicle from Gettel Toyota!!!

I will never drive another car but Prius again. My little C can fit 8 foot boards inside, it gets at least 45+ miles a gallon, has been INCREDIBLY RELIABLE in the 11 years. The previous C was hit on the driver's side by Lexus SUV at FULL speed and I climbed out unharmed on the other side. That little car absorbed so much force to keep me save. Prius FOREVER.

Is it the most fun car to drive? No. Is it a really cool car? No, unless you're an engineer. Is it reliable, cheap to operate and maintain? Yes! That's what this car is designed to do. It doesn't get up like a sports car or carry as much as a truck. Over 3 years of ownership I've experienced Zero problems with this car. I routinely transport my 4 kids around in it. I have moved 2x4's (8ft limit) in this. I have driven 500 miles at once in it. I have driven it in snow (once). It's a great car for anyone concerned about total cost of ownership.

On October 16th, 2024, we assisted our daughter in purchasing a 2017 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. Our bank is in New York. I love the Prius C , I had owned a 2013 Prius C but then I totaled it in 2016, now 3 years later I was able to acquire a 2015 Prius C with less than 23K miles on it at Las Vegas Subaru. I love this car so much, it's the last "Great Prius C" , anything newer than 2015 and you'll get plastic interior parts that scratch super easy, and now Toyota has taken the Prius C and turned it into only two options L and LE both of which lack heated seats and let me tell you, nothing feels better in the winter months than Warm Softex Seats and the newest ones still use the horrible glossy black for the console and steering wheel , again it scratches and in a year looks awful, no no no the Prius C 2015 is the way to go, if you can get your hands on a low mileage one like I did, you are going to love it. This car will last forever if you take good care of the oil changes and service it as necessary, use a full synthetic oil that lasts 10K but always change at 5K This car is not super fast however I can drive from Sacramento to Reno and Back and still have gas to drive around, I can drive to the bay area and stay there all day and drive back on one tank, it is so amazing and your wallet dosn't get hit as hard so you can go further with less cash, its perfect for those of us who like to take the long way home and get lost, but if you want to get lost, the Prius C will always know where you are at whenever your done getting lost, open your maps app set your destination to home and boom, its super easy. So I have a 9.5 gallon tank and when it is filled, I get 390 miles so that averages to 41MPG however if you take advantage of the Eco Scoring and Hybrid/Eco driving system and you are a good driver you will soon find out the sweet driving spots for me it is 61mph on the freeway you will get an average of 65mpg and when you drive in the city under 25 you get about 80mpg but once you master brake regeneration you will find that you get even better MPG. Also, there is a lot of interior noise, and you can hear the road very well but just connect your phone via bluetooth and turn up the tunes, that will fix that problem every time. It's a great car but it is not for everybody I love my Prius C because I utilize all the functions to the best of my capacity to maximize distance and if you want a car that can go the distance and save you money on gas, this is the vehicle for you. I used cars.com to find my Prius C in Las Vegas , Make Sure You Do Your Research! Dealerships in California tend to Raise Prices on Used Priuses and they will always give you the " These are popular so cost more" speech don't fall for it, there are so many well priced priuses you just have to look all around, check every dealership it is very much worth it to do your research, I paid 13K for my used 2015 prius C with 23K miles on it, in California it would have cost 16-17 easy so use Cars.com to find the best deal and don't be in a rush

I put information about my car into Kelley Bluebook.com. I received an email from Luis at Autonation Ford saying they were interested in the car and explaining how the process works if we sold it to them. We went in and worked with him and sold the car to the dealership. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The process went smoothly, just as he had indicated in the email. This car is great for the price! I got it for $12k with all the taxes and fees. It is a 2015 but has almost 100,000 miles. It has been great! The little battery did die on me which cost me $500 to fix, just because I wasn't sure if it was the big prius battery or not, as I am new to the prius owning business. So I was just recommend reading up on everything you can about the prius so you are fully prepared. I like the C because I like little size, I love the trunk cover (it keeps everything from becoming sunbleached, since I live in Florida), I love how easy it is to park, AND I AM COMPLETELY IN LOVE WITH THE ORANGE EXTERIOR COLOR!! It makes me so happy everytime I see it. I also made sure to get one with the touchscreen on the inside. It makes me feel like I am in a really expensive car, but I didn't have to pay the expensive price. I only have the C II though, and I wish I could have gotten the III or IV. The III would have navigation built in which would have been nice and the IV usually has leather seats, I think they are heated, and a sunroof, which is what I really wanted. But my Prius C II has everything that I need and I couldn't be happier. It makes me feel like a successful, fun person!

I helped a friend purchase a used vehicle from Oakes Kia. She doesn't do much online, but I wanted to make sure to put a SHOUT OUT to Stacey! This is the best car I've ever owned. I frequently get 60 mpg. I love the look on the exterior and interior. Its size makes it easy to park and the space is utilized very well--hatchback trunk is all the trunk space I've ever needed. Great car!

Searching for a replacement for my 2014 Navigator, with an emphasis on Luxury without sacrificing BIG TOWING capabilities. Exceeding all my expectations through the purchase of my CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED 2022 Navigator Reserve…even responding to my questions on his day off! Sch3d7led pickup and walk through on a Saturday morning was effortless…and wowed by a follow up email on Sunday morning from Joe, the General Manager confirming my satisfaction and whether or not I had any outstanding questions or concerns. We will be seeing Boucher when I downsize to an Aviator in the distant future.

I have owned mine for 8 years and 73,000 miles and I still love it. I am getting about 56-58 mpg tank average in the summer and 45-50mpg in the winter due to colder temperatures and using the heat often, affecting battery-only usage. Cruises on the highway great, and is perfect around town. Blue Streak Metallic paint has held up great, no clear coat damage and still feels great after a clay bar/ polish. I just have some rock chips on the hood, but they haven't started rusting and have been there for many years. Pretty comfortable considering it's size and wheelbase, it's nice and quiet too. I like that it has an actual gear selector and handbrake unlike the "regular" prius with it's little knob thing and foot brake. Interior has held up great, easy to clean the fabric seats, and all the buttons and tech work perfectly. I was able to unplug the speaker that makes the annoying hybrid sound at low speed, so now it's silent in EV mode which is great. I always recommend them to my friends, and most have never heard of a Prius C. I'd like a 4runner or something cool with more cargo space, but I can't get over their gas mileage under 20 mpgs. Think I'll just keep my Prius C lol.

I’m 46 and I have had many different cars but this one in particular is the best of the best, it is 2024 I live in Chicago and this car is so strong, no rust, transmission works perfect, engine is amazing and I put 300k plus miles on it DO YOU BELIEVE IT!!?? You better!!! and after all this miles a learn so much about that you need to pay attention to make their life longer. I totally recommend to have one of this.

Nothing fancy, but I wasn’t looking for fancy. I did not want anything too large, but the hatchback gives me more possibilities in a small car. It handles really nicely and has good acceleration. Getting over 50 miles to the gallon is also a plus.

First things first, this car cost under $20k new so keep that in mind as I write the pros and cons. For starters, this car gets excellent fuel mileage. 50 MPG! That is, if you don't drive like a maniac and frequently stop. On the highway you're looking at maybe 43 mpg on average. This is also a very reliable car, I've owned mine for five years and only ever done oil changes and she keeps running. This car is also very small, which is either a pro or con depending on the person you talk to. It's great for city driving, but not so much rural or even urban. The Prius c is also PAINFULLY slow. I'm pretty sure an 80s civic could beat this thing in first gear, that's how slow it is. However, because this car is so small and weighs just under 2500 lbs, it turns exceptionally well in the corners. Then there is that dreaded cvt whine that you'll be hearing time and time again if you ever want to go faster than 30 mph. The interior of the car is also very bland and filled with a LOT of plastic. Virtually everything you can touch inside the car is made of plastic, excluding the seats of course. The inside space is also very tight for anyone taller than 5'10". The seats are somewhat comfortable and are very durable but at the same time are prone to stains. What really is disappointing is the fact that there is a ton of road noise in this car. Once you pass the 35 mph threshold the only thing you'll be hearing is wind noise. So much so that even listening to music in the car becomes problematic. All in all this is a fantastic car... If you live in the city or any other small district where parking is scarce and the streets are narrow. You can make do with all the faults of this car for the sake of the mpg, but personally I don't think it outweighs the cons. I've had this car for five years now and while it has never failed me I would not keep this vehicle around for much longer. That's not to say that it's a ticking time bomb, it's just not the car for me anymore.

So, our 2nd c. This little bugger has wheels (a 2), is sandstorm colored, has rails on the roof (like you'd ever carry much on it) and is just a great little car to drive. Our other car is a newish Forester and we fight over who takes the little c every day. Avg mpg over 50, even with Maine winters.

Only went on to see and test drive a used vehicle. They were very nice about it. Took it out for test drive. Everyone there was polite and friendly and professional. Answered all questions I had. Very pleasant interaction.

I have owned the 2013 Prius C trim level 4 for about two years now, so this is a review of that trim level. Most important for me is reliability, which has been excellent so far--this year and model has an excellent reputation in that regard overall. The fuel economy is stellar I average about 45 to 50 miles per gallon in a mix of city and highway driving. Winter fuel economy is lower (I live in Minnesota), the other three seasons higher. The car is packed with features for the price--navigation system, Bluetooth phone, heated front seats, electric moonroof, projector headlamps and (controllable) daylight running lights, smart key entry and push-button start, rear wiper, climate control, satellite radio etc. etc. The user interface is quite simple to navigate. Other pluses: excellent acceleration 0-30 and good above 60, excellent road-holding, excellent braking, excellent headlamps, nice large temperature-selection dial with indents every 1 degree F, attractive and very user-friendly interior styling and layout, very comfortable front seats, fold-down rear seat and being a hatchback gives major cargo room for a little car, great infotainment system. Minuses: poor acceleration 30-60; ride is rough; poor exterior finish (loose sills, panels don't quite fit together); creaking plastic interior, interior rattles (especially moonroof), road noise, and wind noise; they've auto'd the climate control system to death (not just auto fan and temperature but makes stupid decisions for you like turning A/C on at 0 degrees F or changing the air direction on you); climate control air-direction is a button, not dial, which means multiple presses to change and taking your eyes off the road for too long; the 12V battery terminals are in a really stupid inaccessible location under the back seat in the cabin, which means when inevitably in MN you need to jump start to get to a location for battery replacement, it's going to be difficult; stupid tire-pressure lamp lights not when the pressure is low but when the temperature drops; engine seems to race when the interior heating calls for heat and the temperature outside is low (e.g. -20F). Most of these minuses are quite small annoyances when compared with the pluses--over all I love my little Prius C.
