Great experience buying my first car at Longo Toyota in El Monte. Was helped out by Simon and Brandon they are the best ! they explain everything to you and are not shady like other places. I Will no longer go to small used car dealerships that have only been bad experiences for me, and they overcharge. Longo Toyota is not like that AT ALL, they have a large selection of used vehicles set at pretty good prices and are at good standard. happy to join the rest of my family members and purchasing a Toyota! it’s the way to go trussssttt😝🖤

The Prius v hybrid is an excellent choice for me. I'm pretty tall so most cars or SUVs have limited head room for me. But the Prius v has excellent head room and easy to get in. It's comfortable to drive with plenty of room. The gas mileage is excellent. I expected the performance to be lacking but found it more than sufficient The cargo space is excellent with the seats folded down. And the back seat has great head and leg room due to it's sliding seats. I am extremely happy with the Toyota Prius. It's just a well made and reliable vehicle. I know it was hard to find Prius models to purchase and amazed their Prius models available with over.200k miles. Well done Toyota.

Great car with lots of storage space and great gas mileage. I have the level 5 which has a nice leather interior, sporty wheels, etc. Super reliable and great on gas for its size.

Mr. Tim Payton was our sales representative during our visit to Pearson Toyota. He did an incredible job showing us our 2025 Highlander. He went out his way to demonstrate the features of the Highlander--it was an impressive vehicle. Important to us was vehicle safety, and Tim showed us what the car offered in terms safety. He answered all our questions. He was very efficient in processing our paperwork and the set up our financing appointment. After the car was detailed, he spent additional time with us integrating our phones with the car system and went through all the electronic features the car offered. His attention to detail and concern for our satisfaction made a real difference in our car purchase!

Nothing special, just a great everyday car that is dead reliable and gets great gas milage...this is our third Prius and everyone of them has been perfect...not fast, not beautiful to look at, just the best all around car you will ever own...try one, you won't be sorry

The V glides way faster than the C probably because of the weight. I find it hard on the brakes. We got ours at 36,000 miles and someone killed the rotors. I always shifted to B in the Prius C and the shifts in my V are less fluent. The V is quieter has a deeper pitch. The exhaust of the Prius C 2014 was more of a tinny acceleration. Prius C could not pass anyone because the C had little power. The V can. The gas mileage is totally worth having a prius C.

They are very helpful when choosing a car and getting financing. There is no price haggling because the prices are extremely fair...and I know how to verify the value of a vehicle. I recently purchased a 2019 Nissan Sentra with all the fixins'. I purchased the car for about $900 less than any other dealership I shopped. Plus, it was in great condition, except for some minor things one would expect a used car to have...but their service department fixed them very quickly and perfectly. My last car I purchased at Auto City was a 2011 Chrysler 200 which had 54000 miles. I am still driving that car in the family and it currently has 218,000 miles. My son bought a Toyota Matrix and drove Uber for 3 years, trading it in with 230,000 miles. Another car bought was a Chevrolet Malibu that was purchased and is driving great with no problems and well over 100,000 miles. All of the cars we purchased had no problem other than an alternator, battery and minor things like that when cars reached over 160,000 miles, and this is to be expected. We never had any major issues with any car, and no problem until many miles later after purchase. My most recent purchase at Auto City took in to consideration that I was self-employed this time. Isaac Duran, the finance manager, did everything in his power to get financing with a lower interest rate, and he did it. All I can say is that if you go anywhere else, you will pay more, put up with weird sales games and miss out on an easy, positive experience in buying a car. And, to boot, they will stand by your car for 6 months, 6,000 miles along side the dealer warranty (they have a huge auto service department to ensure the cars they sell are good). They have always backed us up and made buying a car a positive, easy, confident and a no-risk transaction. Anywhere else I went to check, I always got the "weird-ar" pegging out. Very good, honest people and great cars, with no worries! This is a very positive review, but there is truly nothing I can complain about after buying all of our family cars there for years. Talk to salesperson Mike or Alex...they are both very helpful, friendly and know what they are doing. The sales manager is great and ensures everything goes quick, smooth and I get a good deal.

They were very creative and resourceful with Financing. They made sure that I got the car of my dreams... I'd recommend them to anyone....

I purchased a 2014 Corvette here and the process was excellent. My salesperson Eric made sure the car was perfect and that I understood how to use all of the controls. Very plesant and easy to do business with.

This dealership is the greatest in the metro Detroit MI and around the Toledo OH areas. I emailed thirty dealerships to negotiate on a 2025 Hybrid Toyota Camry. This dealership was the only one that would negotiate with me. It was also the nicest dealership. I negotiated with them on 1/27/25. That is a time period when dealerships should negotiate. Dealerships make bonuses based on monthly quotas, incentives, etc. Sales people are normally only commission pay in the car sales business. If they don't rnake there quota they need to pay back the dealership for a pro ration of there quota shortage. Please learn about commission only payment for employees. I emailed thirty dealerships to negotiate pricing on the camry. This dealership answered my many questions. They didn't push me to come into there dealership. They respected my request to communicate via only by email (until I was ready to make a phone call to the dealership). They still do not phone me after I phoned them and honored my communicate by just email. I didn't agree with a charge dealerships gives to customers. This dealership was the only one negotiable on that charge. When I received my new vehicle the tank was filled up with gas. It was also very clean. They also threw in some options with my negotiated price. Don't waste much time calling other dealerships. This dealership is the only one that will give you respect. This dealership is the only one that will be negotiable. The other dealerships did not even want to give me $1.00 off the price. Also, the dealership will give you the out the door price. The dealership will not do the usual games of pushing you for "what do you want for a monthly payment". Also, I wasn't lied to by this dealership. I caught at least one lie from one person at every other dealership. Normally, if i were talking to more than one person it would be at least one lie per person per dealership. I also shopped at dealerships for a used vehicle this past summer. i followed the same procedures. all of the same things happened to me this past summer. it is very sad and sick. sadly, in the summer time page toyota didn't have my sought after vehicle. after my experience in the summertime i was exhausted from the horrible experiences. i have to shop so that is why i'm back shopping for a vehicle. Buying a car during “stay at home” turned out to be a great experience. Pricing on line is usually competitive the hitch is negotiating your trade. This was exceptional - they offered actual value so I only needed to say yes. When I picked up the car paperwork was ready the car was detailed to perfection - drove off in 5 minutes totally satisfied!

I traded in a 6 month old Lexus hybrid for a Mitsibushi lancer. I paid $20k for the lexus and my 16 year old pretended to like it but he hated it. It was a lame hybrid and his friends laughed at him. So before he even got his license and had only added 400 miles to the car I took it back. Eliot got me a deal on a Mitsibushi with 19,000 miles. The trade in came back at $14,000. Eliot WENT BACK AND GOT ME A BETTER DEAL! because I was a previous Carmax customer. I ended up with a 5 year warranty on the Mitsubishi and a $700 refund... You cannot beat Carmax. If you buy cars from this dealership THEY LOOK AFTER YOU. Genuine customer.
