Used 2021 Toyota RAV4 for sale near Narberth, PA

I purchased a car on Friday 8/12/2016 and engine light came on on Saturday 8/13/2016 and the air conditioner stopped working on Sunday 8/14/2016. Rob the used car sales manager sent a driver 2 hours away to pick up my car and left me with a loaner. How is that for customer service? Thanks Rob Moffa!!

I had a great experience. I had a salesman named Mike who treated with respect and intelligence. He acted like my time is valuable, which is rare in the car business. The dealership gave me a great deal on my newish great car that I love. Traded in my old car and made me forget about the three other crappy experiences I had before I went there. O'NEIL is a good place to do business.

I purchased a new 21 Limited with the Advanced Tech package And Limited Grade All Weather package. Its very very loud under acceleration. The highway pavement noise and wind noise are barely tolerable. I have a bad back the seats are fantastic and I have a bad back they are great on long trips. Constantly Averaging 28mpg it’s dependable and I know it will hold its value.

It was a very good experience. The Salesmen wear professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Presentations of options were low-key and not “pushy”. I subsequently encountered a service issue, and that was adressed in a very accommodating and efficient manner.

A little too big for myself but I love this car. I had a used Rav4 before, drove about 10 years, loved it. Also I was able to sell it pretty high price ($4,500) comparing the year and the mileage (over 200,0000 miles). So that is one of the reason why I bought Rav4 again.

I've have a Rav 4 premium wich was purchased in feb2021.ive had zero problems and the car accelerates like a rx350 which I cannot understand where people want to tell you the car is slow . the car was purchased because of extreme back problems which I am on disabled for.the car does everything as well as my dad's girlfriend's 2017 Rx 350.the gas mileage is amazing.

Amazing performance for a 4 cylinder. First time I ever owned something without a V8, and I am impressed. Good handling. great interior and very comfortable. Good MPG also.

Ben in the service department at Mt. Holly is the ABSOLUTE BEST. He has taken care of my car for a few weeks and is always in close contact. Hopefully he is able to train new employees on customer service because his is stellar!

Curtis was really friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and made me feel zero pressure throughout the whole process. The car was flawless and looked just like the pictures and I was in love with the set up and office. It really was a breath of fresh air as they pride themselves on customer service which didn't exist when buying my wife's car from our local Mercedes dealer. I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. James was kind, patient, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and possessed all of the attributes one would expect in dealing with someone in his position. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.

Being an out of state buyer makes buying a new (to me) car slightly trickier, and I will say that Dave and crew at Peruzzi Toyota did a more than fantastic job!
