I went to Patt Lobb Toyota yesterday to get the 5k service done on my Grand Highlander Hybrid. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. I was only the second person in line to check out, but the receptionist called another employee over to help me. The atmosphere there is always upbeat and I can tell the employees are happy. It’s early in my new relationship with Plano Toyota service, but after 2 visits, they have made me feel at home. I tried to make a closer dealership work for me, but never felt comfortable and was very disappointed when a radiator cap was left off my truck and it over heated, followed by a tow AND NO APOLOGY…. Toyota Plano and service rep Charlee have been a welcome return to good service.

I was looking for a car and came across Brandon Tomes. I spoke with a kid named Ryan and he was awesome! I explained I was looking for a Mid-size SUV and was interested in the Volkswagen Atlas.
