I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Overall, buying my 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid was good. The car and dealership were clean and the staff was pleasant. Robert went above and beyond when relaying so much important info about my hybrid (my first-so excited!) The entire team worked to make the process easy and pleasant. I only have one complaint. When my boyfriend and I were inside asking questions and sealing the deal, I was a bit annoyed by the fact that although I was the purchaser, and sometimes even when I asked a question, Robert spent most of the time talking to my boyfriend about MY car. I was surprised that a veteran car salesman would make such an error. I overlooked it because he was otherwise a good salesperson and I really wanted the car. Still, I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Metro Toyota, but I would insist the salesperson talk to me, the purchaser.

I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. Eli explained what I needed to do and Kristie ended up handeling my services that day and got me in and out within the hour just like she said! I will definitely be back!

Steve was phenomenal. They came and got me from my house and brought me to the dealership. Worked with me and was very patient. Steve is number 1 in the nation ! If you need a car, he’s your guy ! A++++ service

A very low pressure dealership! Made for a very pleasant purchasing experience. Our salesman Paul Gayhart went above and beyond in customer service, and truly has all the qualities of a great salesman! From test driving to finishing the actual purchase process only took a couple of hours and was very efficient. My husband and I actually purchased a used vehicle, and can honestly say the prices were quite a bit more reasonable at this dealership. The selection of quality used vehicles was impressive also. Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. I've always driven Honda's and this is my first Toyota and I know I will love it for years to come. I got the Army Green and it is sic!!! Purchased at Wilsonville Toyota from Max V. and had a great experience. Highly recommend!!!

I’m out of Saint Louis Missouri. I found this truck online and began inquiring about it. Gary “cap” was awesome to deal with and always called and texted back right away. Buying long distance I asked for a ton of videos and pictures and he provided them all no questions asked. They picked me up from the airport as a courtesy. I was hoping the truck would be as nice as it was in the pictures and videos and It was even nicer in person. I couldn’t be happier with my new Truck. Bob in finance was hilarious and offered a streamlined signing process and excellent tour guide info for the Cleveland area. I would buy from these guys again no problem. Ive been in sales for 12 years and I expect honesty and follow through of promises. This outfit nailed it! Thanks again Metro team!

Very accommodating from the first contact to the final sale! Terry was quick to return all inquiry calls, was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, helpful in navigating toward the final decision and patient in setting up the Toyota app from my phone (which was not cooperative). Ryan was very friendly, personable, organized, patient with my physical limitations, thorough, willing to explain, etc. (Hope you’re reading this Mrs. Schneider. :-)) Overall a very positive experience and a dealership which I cannot recommend more highly!
