New and used 2025 Toyota RAV4 for sale near Concord, CA

Such a great buying experience! I'd been car shopping for a few weeks, and not only did this dealership have the exact car I'd been looking for, I received such kindness, patience and positivity from each of the associates I encountered. Pretty rare for a car dealership, in my opinion (and experience!) There were a couple discrepancies between the 150-pt inspection and what was actually on the car, but the team was quick to fix those issues. Overall, I am very please!

Great salesperson, Farhad! Very conscientious, attentive, helpful & honest. Equally great experience with sales manager,Lamaine, & with trade in person, Brian! All extremely helpful,courteous & attentive. My only reservation/complaint is with the finance department and particularly with Ramin Unfortunately he was extremely dismissive, sexist/mysogynistic, and ageist! Very difficult to interact with…I strongly recommend people -especially women-avoid Ramin & insist on working with someone else in the financing department.

I did the pre-approval through CapitalOne, called to verify the car I wanted was still available, Mini 2012. Spoke with Louis, and met with him 30 minutes before closing. The car I was approved for was not available in a manual transmission, however he did have a similar model slightly older but in great shape. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 20 minutes. He was thorough, and even dropped the price and gave me better financing options than I expected. I highly recommend Louis of Oakland Toyota. He is fair, efficient, and works in the best interest of his customer.

We had a great experience from Amir to FJ to John. FJ is top notch. Great guy. Was a bit surprised about having to buy a service package, but John convinced us it was in our best interest. We love our Toyota Corolla SE!

Fantastic experience. Negotiated fair deal over email with Jim Benahm. He and his team were a delight to work with. Once the tacoma arrived to the lot, we made arrangements to take delivery. Trade in was a breeze. Highly recommend Jim and his team for a simple easy transaction, no pressure, no gimmicks, no closer. Drove 350 miles to this dealership and it was worth it.

Fantastic Experience!!!! Just bought a 2014 Toyota Tacoma there on5/6/17, and was very impressed by the whole entire experience. First I was greeted by a very nice young woman before entering and then I met Drake who was my salesperson helping me the entire time. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and he explained everything clearly and answered all my concerns and questions. I would have no problem referring anyone to them looking to buy a great car. He was extremely helpful in addressing all my concerns about purchasing a used vehicle from the One Toyota dealership, went through the quote thoroughly without hassle, was excellent in keeping in contact with me throughout the process, and made me aware of additional warranties and issues that other dealerships never offered to help allay some of my concerns when purchasing a used vehicle. I would highly recommend asking for Hector Gonzales if you are purchasing a vehicle from their lot for his excellent customer service and professional demeanor.

Sabbir Was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all my questions. He really listened to what I wanted and was very transparent throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated. After doing much research, we settled on this dealership because they had 2 colors we were considering and wanted to view the car in & out. Staff was pleasant, no pressure to buy. They were interested in making a sale; unlike a dealership in our local area. They matched the price of another dealership and the sale was made. There was no pressure from the sales staff and manager. The finance manager was upfront on all contract figures and explained all questions we asked. No pressure there either. Kudos to the dealership. We would go back again.
