Wolfchase Toyota is it!!! I’ve had so much trouble finding and buying a car over the last half year—I know this is largely due to inventory issues everywhere, however, after dealing with 15+ dealerships over a vast region, most places wouldn’t take ownership of services they are still in control of. They’d treat inventory as the scapegoat for everything, when customer service still matters so much. I’d either be immediately dismissed or forced to make a physical appt to get a simple answer that should have been a virtual delivery. That was until I met Nicole at Wolfchase Toyota—by far the best experience I had after searching in MS, SC, GA, ARK, NC, & TN!! She went above and beyond, being quick to respond and providing upfront, direct answers. I was in a pinch and the full transparency and honesty was such a time-saving gamechanger. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the cars and able to answer all my questions, but she was so personable and humanized what is normally a stale process of long waiting periods and never-ending form fills—she made it a fun! Having issues with car starting. Stopped at auto zone to have battery checked. After 5 tries they said it was fine. So stopped by Toyota and Doug was kind enough to recheck and as I suspected battery bad. I went to pick my grands up at school and back by for them to replace the battery. Not only were they quick with the repair but so kind to the kids! Thanks to Doug and the folks at Toyota for keeping me running and being so great to deal with. Kids wanted to stay! 😁

The overall experience is quite good, got a decent price for the car. The car comes with a standard set of accessories and a full tank of gas.
