Take your time and go line by line on the purchase agreement. Do not let the Finance person quickly go over the final numbers. Treat it as a spreadsheet and go over it with a fine tooth comb. I purchased a Toyota Crown on Friday, July 24, 2026. I love the car, I bought the car and took it home with me. I am happy. I didn't agree to first trade-in $ and told them what I wanted. Came back and gave me trade-in but made it up elsewhere right under my nose. ~Base selling price $995 over what price index quoted ~Through in an extra $2695 for volt switch & dent/appearance protection. I did not need. Erica C is an awesome person and great to talk with but make sure you dot your i's and cross your t's going through the final purchase agreement and signing the papers.

I took my Rav4 Hybrid in for a transmission and trans axle fluid change and had the pleasure of Sara Miles as my service coordinator. Even though it was a routine low cost service, I felt she gave me the same attention as someone spending thousands of dollars. It was great communication from start to finish, she hooked me up with a great loaner car, and the final price was a little lower than was originally quoted (of which was 25% lower than Metro Toyota in Kalamazoo). Stephen Lacy was the service technician and he left my car cleaner than when I dropped it off and even honored my request to pull and save me a sample of the old fluid. Even though I live in Kalamazoo, I will drive 30 miles out of my way to Sunshine Toyota for any future needs!

Andrea made it incredibly enjoyable from start to finish. The 4Runner is pristine, and Andrea went above and beyond: she made sure the gas tank was FULL when we drove it off the lot. Small talk and kind gestures speak volumes to me. When you decide you want to go to Wyatt Johnson, don’t be silly and let the front desk choose a salesperson for you! Ask for Andrea!!! You will literally want to hang out with her after! You will have to have a mini mirror session where you look yourself directly in the eyes and talk yourself out of texting her to ask if you can go to her Halloween party 🤣. That’s how I know I was treated right, not tricked (see what I did there🫣😂) Wyatt Johnson management if you are reading this, give that girl a raise!!! She DESERVES it!!!
