The only reason it’s not a 5 star was unfortunately when my car was return I still had a maintenance code appearing and didn’t have my next oil change sticker with the mileage. Went to Ven Songco (the sales manager) and he referred me to one of his team members, Luis Medina. Luis was personal, helpful, and did what he could to keep the negotiations within a price range that I could afford. Do note: make sure to calculate everything yourself, even until the end when you either pay in full or take out a loan. Sometimes the paper amount doesn't add up to the verbal amount you agreed upon. Luckily it all worked out in the end. Very thankful to Luis for checking in on the whole process. I was referred to this dealership from family members that always buy their Toyotas here in Claremont.
