The service I received there was EXCEPTIONAL. The service lady greeted me warmly, talked to me while I waited for the technician, and when the technician did arrive, he diagnosed the car quickly, solved the light issue, and ensured me the car was safe to drive — and no charge. I could not be more pleased with my visit, the service and attention I received, and I will always HIGHLY recommend Speck Hyundai in Tri-Cities. Thank you!
