Redline Auto Group /Emmanuel and Shawn have to be the most honest used car dealership in the world. No joke they literally returned $700 to me due to an error my lender made that I nor my lender would have ever noticed had they not brought it to my attention. Prior to the sale they also delivered the car to my choice inspection shop 10 mins away with no hassle, then covered the one issue found prior to the sale. I negotiate for a living and know my way around a car so I was ready for some serious haggling but the entire process was no xx. The price out the gate was more than fair, the car was in proper condition and they addressed every single one of my concerns promptly for over a week via messenger, texting, email and phone. They made the process a breeze and were very professional and patient. I highly recommend this place even if you don't know jack about cars.

I have owned a total of 6 Toyota 4x4 truck's in my lifetime I have previously owned -1985 extra cab 4x4 automatic transmission -1991 extra cab 4x4 automatic transmission -1991 standard cab 4x4 manual transmission I currently own 3 more Toyota 4x4's -1997 extra-cab 4x4 manual transmission -1999 extra-cab 4x4 automatic transmission -2003 4 door 4x4 automatic transmission My 2003 double cab is by far a much nicer truck of course it has more room than the extra cab, is more comfortable to drive (it drives and rides more like a luxury car than a truck. My 2003 Tacoma is very reliable and gets great gas mileage. I love my Toyota trucks I highly recommend Toyota Tacoma.... Best trucks EVER!

I like the dealership because of different types and miles and the price’s are very reasonable! Signing the paperwork at the end, obviously, but Matt was super nice and I feel like I interpreted a lot with a 100 questions and Matt was never annoyed or when is the guy gonna ever shut up, just a relaxing experience and attitude, which made me very comfortable and more understanding about everything, with Matt assisting in the process. But I really give the five star rating!to Mike Miller he’s the man after three hours trying different ideas to put something together for me, I said that I’m just wasting your time as well as my time and when I left I kinda look in Mike’s face that he was sorry we couldn’t get it to go through, and you could see he felt really bad for me but he would keep trying different banks and different things to help make a deal come together , after even three no’s my hope’s were gone, but Mike called me a few times while I was heading home with a couple of questions, so as I was parking at a store, Mike’s last call to me. Was the words that I couldn’t believe, I got you the car and went over a few things that I don’t remember what, but. He called me to talk about what I needed and to verify information to bank needed to finalize the start of the paperwork which is my sitting waiting to help me out , it was too your other 5 star person, Matt😃👍. But when I got that call from Mike I immediately asked him, in a “why” are calling me of all days, it was on his day off, wow this guy is on the ball. So overall it was all a five star experience and fifty percent of the experience was number 1 reason was MIKE and his positive energy and his patience with me, number two was Matt who was super friendly and also the answering of my many questions, So I am pleasantly very happy, not only for my newish car, which is mind blowing of it’s own awesomeness, and Mike and Matt are the other fifty percent was for them. Bought mine new. Love this truck. In 2022 I was in an accident, hit front and rear. Only damaged the bumpers. No Insurance Co Approved Body Shop would repair it (!!??) so Insurance Co agreed to Total it and allow me to retain Title. It only had 84k on Odo. They valued it at $19,500! Salvage value at $3,500. Got the parts online for $600 and paid a shop $500 to install everything. I’ll never sell it.

Needed a bake actuator pump on my 2008 Prius. At 210000 and 15 years old a new one was to costly. The parts dept went on a search and found one in the after market and saved me half the cost of replacing it. Super nice people. Brian in the device dept went above and beyond to get me what I needed.

Searched high and low for a nice vehicle for months. I visited tens of car lots and God just did not see fit for me to purchase from them. Either they jacked the prices up tremendously from what the vehicle was actually worth or when you would start the car, it had several code lights on. I took my time and I found swerve auto. Listen, when I spoke with Zach over the telephone, he was very confident in his vehicles and stood behind them in a way that made me want to come and see for myself. When I arrived to his lot, not only did he have great cars, trucks and SUV’s, but the prices was reasonable asking price to pay cash for. Zach was so nice and professional! All of his vehicles were cleaned up immaculately, I was afraid that I was over budget for the suv that I really wanted. Listen, Zach made a way for me to take my dream car home and listen it’s mine!! He was so passionate about making sure that I was happy, It was unbelievable. My truck was so clean it looked as if no one even ever drove it. Miles were low and again, the price was fair. I will definitely carry swerve auto’s card and info in my glove box because if and when I ever need anything else, I wouldn’t feel comfortable going to anyone but him. Awesome!!
