I purchased my 2011 Tacoma, TSS package 4.0 with high mileage, drove it 3 years and spent $1.83 on a blinker bulb and that's it. Oil and filters also of course. Traded it in on a 2023 Tacoma access cab and love it!

What I initially asked for was a car that got great gas mileage, dependable, and affordable. They called me and told me about a car they just got that met these criteria. This turned out to be a car I loved, a price that was perfect and best of all a sale that was quick, smooth and painless. First day I spoke with Cassie, and forgive me if I misspelled her name. She was very helpful, pleasant and professional. Prior to purchasing the 2019 Ford Fiesta, all of the personnel were very helpful, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Cassie was my salesperson and she was awesome with her kind soft spoken voice. This truck is powerful, great looking and does really good on gas consumption. No matter where I’m at, I get complimented on its great looks. It has been everything I could’ve expected from a Tacoma!

This truck has not had any repairs except to replace the horn since I have owned it. I have bought 4 new tires only twice since I bought it in 2011 and that is all I have done to my truck. It’s has room in the back for small passengers but for me and my 4 year old granddaughter is just perfect and I can load things in the back of the truck. It’s like a 4 door car and a truck all together. I put luggage in tubs and Cover them up so we have enough room in the cab. It’s perfect. The V6 doesn’t use a lot of gas but still can go up mountains like in the Ozarks.

Needed a dedicated reliable car to go to Clifton Springs hospital and back once or twice a week. Told the Mrs. to go to Pete Kitts and find me something. SUBARU Forester 2010. Wow - what a machine! Between the Mrs. and Tom, transaction went great. I showed up and just paid for it. A little $ haggle, but Tom knew what he was doing. Love that Forester. Has no vices. Most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. Boxer engine will get 30-mpg. I pop the hood every Clifton trip - nothing is ever amiss! And not a bit of rust. Thank you to Tom for picking out that vehicle with the Mrs. Tom is the smartest car Sales guy I have ever met. But that is his business, and Pete Kitts was smart to acquire him. Jim in the shop will also work with you on problems. They serviced my Jeep Cherokee which was always a 'Shop Queen.' Highly recommend, just walk thru the door. But they keep a nice collection of used cars at there two locations. No rust buckets. Out of state cars.

Was looking to buy a new 4Runner TRD Off-Road but none of the dealers in the area had what we were looking for. Not wanting to put in a build order and potentially wait another 4-6 months, we did an extended radius search online and found the exact one we wanted at Sheehy Toyota of Timonium – and for a great (almost too good to be true) price! I used the online form to request availability and got put in contact with Matt Ellis. Having never purchased a car out of state before, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But after a few emails and phone calls to iron out the details, Matt thoroughly explained the whole process and answered all of my questions – everything wound up being as smooth as could be. No surprises. No ‘gotchas’. No pressure. All the way through to the end including working with the Finance manager, Donna Hale – she was very informative, presented all of my options, didn’t try to pressure me on anything I declined, and was even able to beat the APR I was pre-approved for by a few fractions of a point. All right, where do I start first things first the lady who Who was our sales? Person did an awesome job her name was (Laura) But a few things I would like to mention about this dealership are 1st we had a few chips on the windshield that we’re taking care of by replacing a new windshield A+ 2nd The car gave out on me three weeks later due to a five year-old battery this vehicle was supposed to be certified with 120 point inspection. Autonation also took care of the cost of a New battery.A+ The outlets in the vehicle did not work and there was a month and a half wait to have them looked at. I replaced the relay fuses myself. C Waited over a month and a half to get the tax title and license was reassured by the sales manager (Ruiz) there was a 10 day grace. Which came to find out is NOT TRUE. And ended up putting two new tires because they were 4/32 and worn on the inside $535.00 out of pocket overall, the experience was a B- Think they could get a little bit more on the professional side.

I purchased a '11 DTS from them and they were very great to work with. Let me take the car for a drive by myself so there was no pressure and I could look it over as much as I wanted. Very easy to negotiate with and I got it at the price I wanted. Even stuck around late to finish the deal even though they had a family function to get to. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.
