I was really dreading to go and purchase a car because my experience in the passed was that dealers tend to be very pushy. I do not write a lot of reviews however Zihni was so nice I really would like to share my experience. Zihni was very patient with me and he answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. We were in the market for the just released Nissan Leaf 2019. We aren't frequent buyers and are specific about what we want. Xochilt ("Sochi") worked with us over a few weeks to get us exactly what we wanted. She's was very polite and accomodating (especially with our 6 and 8 year old boys) through the whole process.
We've also had service done here on our older Versa and it's among the most organized and customer service oriented service stations I've ever used.
Definitely recommend this dealer and Xochilt.
The purchasing experience I had when I was taken care of by Elizabeth, was excellent. No pressure, very friendly - couldn't have imagined anything better.
However I want to add a note, that when I first called this dealership to check availability of this vehicle, I talked to a gentleman, who promised to call me back with information and he never did. In fact, when Elizabeth checked the system later, there was no record of my call. I'm glad I followed up and met the right sales person in the end.
When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Jason Tate who was just finishing up with another customer. He was good and he was thorough. He was also probably juggling 3,4 customer at a time so there were some lulls and waits. Overall decent experience.
I did get the car I wanted but there was little budging on the price. Paid around $700-$1000 above the NADA suggested retail for the vehicle in excellent shape.
Also beware, their doc fee is $599. Around $200-$300 more than some of the other dealers I went to see. And there is no budging on that either. They were adament about that as well.
It appeared they had a very good inventory of vehicles and a wide variety of them too.
I purchased a car here not too long ago and would recommend VIP auto sales to anyone looking for a good quality used car at a fair price. The salesmen are knowledgeable and easy to work with. I had a car to trade in that had a flat tire and the salesmen drove my car to me while I was at work and changed my tire on the trade in and drove it back. They are more than willing to help you in any way possible. This was an easy 5 stars
Great service, the vehicle was in good shape.Raji was knowledgeable about the cars history. I took it to a mechanic of my choice and he agreed the cars condition was good. Would purchase from him again
Had 4 tires put on my Pontiac G6 a few months back. The Quick Lane found the best price from shopping against the competitors, and then quoted me lower than that price. It was awesome knowing that I got the best price, and did not have to do any of the shopping myself.
