This is hands down the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I’m older and bought my first new car in the early 1990’s and many more after that, and I can tell you our salesman Kenny was hands down the most responsive, knowledgeable and polite salesman we have ever dealt with. Shopping with your 17 year old son is about as fun as walking on hot coal for a few hours, so having Kenny to help us and answer more questions than we needed to was so reassuring. If I could give Kenny and thus dealership more than 5 stars I would. If you are looking for a dealership with “integrity” this is it, and again salesman Kenny was beyond exceptional.

Make no mistake, this isn’t a cool car. I bought it used from hertz with 30k miles in just 18 months, and have driven it another 65k. It’s as reliable as any Toyota. I average 33mpg over 4 years. The infotainment is good, ride quality is acceptable, and same goes for power. It’s made to be cost effective and easy to park, and that’s exactly what it is. I keep wanting to sell it and buy something fancier, but I just can’t justify it. Should go another 150k+

Was a bit put off by the fact that there’s one number for all Carmax is and. It’s hard to tell which location you’re talking to and if you’re talking to a person at that actual location. I understand they’re trying to consolidate things and make it easier, but I want to be able to reach someone, boots on the ground, at the location instead of talking to The call center. That said it seems even when talking to two different dealerships somehow the system sort out the messages but again it’s confusing. Overall, they were fast and friendly, we haven’t done a transaction yet but one thing that was surprising is the offer they gave me 10 days ago has now gone up by $1500. Much better experience than I had braced myself for frankly. So far the two cars that I was hoping to purchase turn out to be duds as they had some excessive wear and tear in spite of low mileage and otherwise good conditions. Maybe less discriminating on their inventory than the other dealers?

I am pleased to share my recent experience of purchasing a car from Parkway Auto Center, where I received exceptional service from Marcus Anzivino. He demonstrated remarkable patience and provided invaluable assistance throughout the process. After conducting a credit check, which did not yield the best results, Marcus advised me to contact my bank, make a payment on my credit card, and request a pre-auto loan. I followed his advice on Friday morning, but unfortunately, my bank declined my application. I promptly informed Marcus of the denial, despite having made a payment on my credit card in an effort to improve my chances of approval. I then inquired about the possibility of having my brother cosign the loan, to which Marcus agreed. Despite being more than 500 miles away, I contacted Smart Toyota about a used 2025 Crown Signia Limited on their lot. I received favorable trade-in value on my car, a 2025 Crown Signia XLE, and one of the best prices I'd seen for the Crown Sig. My wife and I drove to Davenport, made the deal and the next day drove home in the Finish Line Red Signia.
