My salesman Ray was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to show me the features of several different cars I was interested in which helped me make the right purchase for my needs. The other staff was also friendly from the sales manager to the finance person. Great experience.

We worked with Shane on the buying and trade in process, and he was extremely helpful. He set us up with a great deal and wasn't at all pushy. He was straight forward with us on the car we wanted to purchase by telling us they just got it in and it needed a couple things done to it . So we purchased the car and then hooked us up with a loaner car while their garage took great care of our new car.
We travelled about 2.5 hours to test drive a used truck, which my son purchased. Honestly, everyone at this dealer could not have been easier to work with. My son was purchasing this truck as his first large loan purchase. The salesman, Bryant House was more than happy to go over the truck and answer any questions we had. The General Manager, Joel Dreese also assisted in making sure he had the best price on trade-in and purchase price and worked with him on the financing. Would purchase a car from them again! Excellent group of people!
The people that work here are very accommodating. They are friendly and patient. I moved here from Northern Virginia about two years ago and did not know where to get my car serviced. I broke down and took it to the dealer's service department. I am so happy that I did. I will go no where else. I have two Ford Expeditions and will buy any future vehicles from this dealership. They are fast to get you in for service, fast to get you out, but most of all... they are honest!
have a 2013 Kia Forte used for business and have over 100G on the car. Although car not purchased at Williams the service department has been great! Totally upfront about what needs to be done and cost .. at 100G service they gave me a loaner at no charge. Based on the experience we have had we bought a new car from Williams. Recommend Williams Sales and Service.
