We went to the dealership to look at a used Gennisis sedan with only 25000 miles on it. After looking at the car we decided against it and began looking at the new flagship from Toyota. We purchased a 24 Crown, what a car. We had it for about 15 months now. No problems with it. The people we worked with were all very nice and pleasant. We've had the car serviced 1 time after about a year. The service people are nice as well. The one thing we are dissatisfied with is the navigation system. It shut off after a year and you have to purchase a subscription at a minimum of 15$ a month. We planned for this to be our last car purchase as we are seniors. So over the years it's going to cost us a few thousand dollars if we want navigation in our almost 60,000$ car. Boo Toyota, the top of the line should have a permanent navigation system. In comparison we have an 2017 Accura MDX that has a navigation system that doesn't require a on going subscription. I'm not sure if other Toyota models navigation system shuts down after a year but if they do the sales people should provide that info up front.

Cristian was my salesman and he was fantastic to work with, knowledgeable, patient (especially with my young twins that tagged along for the test drive) and never pushy throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before moving forward. Damien, the manager, was also great and helped make the process smooth and straightforward. The whole team was professional, transparent, and respectful of my time, which made the experience much less stressful than I expected. My technician Taylor also went above and beyond to fix something that has been broken on my car for years, without being asked. I actually cried. Thank you both for taking such great care of me and my car. With service like that, I won’t be going anywhere else, and strongly recommend them to anyone.

We had a fabulous experience from before we got to the dealership to the time we left. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Honest up front pricing saved us thousands from other dealerships. Garret was so meticulous and knowledgeable with our car. Told us exactly what to expect throughout the process. A fabulous highlight was the diner in the dealership. I have a troublesome old car that I need to trade off and find a new car right away. The experience with CarMax was better than I expected, even with my poor credit rating. I found the car that I like and in my price range online prior to arrive the car dealer. The whole process -from the appraisal of my old car, financing a new loan, inspect the new car and a trip around to fetch documentations, under sales lady Shirley Gainey's assistant went extremely smooth. It took only a few hours and all done! I had my nearly new car !
