Sales lady was very personable, not pushy and listened to my needs and wants. I was in and out in 2 hours and felt quite comfortable with finance manager as well. He took his time with me to explain everything and answer my questions. I love my new vehicle and am very happy with the deal that I was able to get. I won't go anywhere else :)
Everyone I had contact with from the moment I entered the dealership were just wonderful to me. The salesman I encountered from the first day treated me with true kindness and consideration with some special accommodations I needed. My husband, being disabled could not come to the dealership to look at an automobile I was considering. Another afternoon, Mike, brought the car to our home and helped my husband get in to see how it would work for his physical limitations. Anytime I have been to the dealership, everyone I have encountered, always speaks to me and asks if I need anything. The lounge area is very spacious, comfortable and well stocked with little snacks, soft drinks, coffee. I am so glad I made the trip from Selinsgrove to the dealership. Just great people and great experience.
Highly recommend Toyota. Traded in the Toyota Corolla and purchased a Rav4. This is the second vehicle that we've bought from this dealership. Haykel provided wonderful service and made the process very pleasant. He strived to meet our price range and expectations. Haykel went above and beyond, even to the point of helping to transfer items from our old vehicle to new.
Service was completed much quicker than expected. Passenger side airbag was serviced per Honda recall, and multi-point inspection was completed. I did not expect this inspection, but was quite pleased with it.
Dealt with Kevin on a new Tacoma ,he never pressured us and the service is great. The Toyota dealership is the cleanest around. We have dealt with other Toyota dealerships in the past but we will come back here again?!

Salesperson (Travis) was great: friendly, responsive to messages, and right to the point with no unnecessary back and forth on pricing. Easiest and most stress free purchase from a dealer that I've ever had. Service department was the opposite, I was pretty dissatisfied. Impossible to make an appointment within a reasonable amount of time which left me covering the entire cost to fix some minor issues myself that would have otherwise been converted under warranty -- had I been able to get the car in to them to have them work on it in a reasonable amount of time. Lack of after-the-sale service ruined an otherwise positive experience for me at this dealership.
Wonderful experience... Love the service dept and guys... Very knowledgable, any questions were answered quickly and accuately. I also swing by and see Tom Stacey, who sold me the 4Runner. He always addresses me by name!
Great service, nice staff who greeted is at the door. Staff was familiar with inventory and features of vehicles, and easily able to get vehicles from nearby dealers. Good financing staff who were very friendly and gave NO PRESSURE. Legitimately interested in our satisfaction and got us the best deal possible.
Will recommend dealer to anyone second vehicle I have bought from Blaise Alexander
