Matt helped me with the process with my car. He worked with me to find something I would enjoy. The entire staff are really great about their job. They look for a car that fits you and is in your price range. They won't try in force you into something your not comfortable with. They care about the service you get so they won't let you drive off the lot in something that's not ready. They have an awesome service center. I will continue to use them whenever I need a car and will tell people this is the place to go. 5 star service.
On a busy Black Friday last week, Jason Halladay's team came through for me once again. On a day where there were no appointment times available because they were completely booked, I was able to get both my Pilot and CRV successfully serviced by leaving them for what ended up being only a couple of hours each. The experience was perfectly facilitated by Jody Putney-Jones, whose knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills make the recent exit of the legendary Scott Fitzsimmons a little more bearable. I would just like to say how happy I have been with everyone at Della since buying my Civic. When I bought my car I needed to buy a car in one day. Della staff made that happen. The service staff and mechanics have been great as well always willing explain things or fix silly things like a tire pressure warning free of charge. Everyone always seems good natured and willing to greet you with a smile. I would certainly recommend Della and my wife plans to buy her next car there. I wish I could name everyone everyone who has helped me in the past, although I don???t know their names, I always recognize their friendly faces.

Had car serviced yesterday and picked it up this morning. One of the new service advisors named Brian took care of me and provided great service. He went over the bill in detail with me to show what was done in spite of the service area being busy on a Saturday morning.
Facility is absolutely beautiful and the people who work there make any experience at Mangino's a pleasant one. I won't buy or service a vehicle anywhere else and will continue to be a loyal customer until I retire in 13 years and move out of state.
