Great used car buying experience

Lithia Toyota of Redding had the specific used car we were looking for, a 2015 Subaru WRX. They had it advertised in Autotrader and marked down almost $2,000. We knew we wanted this car unless there was something unexpectedly wrong with it. We contacted Mario Sierras on Saturday morning to find out if the car was still available, and it was. Later in the day we made the decision to see the car on Sunday, and Mario provided the Car Fax report for us and scheduled a 1:00 PM meeting. We were traveling over 200 miles to see the car, so Mario put it away for us so we would have the first shot at it on Sunday. Mario was available for us at 1:00 PM, we went on a leisurely test drive, and decided we wanted the car. The paperwork and negotiation is always the worst part about buying a car, but Mario made it as pleasant as possible with no real pressure, just the normal back-and-forth on offer and counter offer. Once we settled on the offer, Adam Saunders in Finance calmly and patiently walked us through all the paperwork. We declined on the extra warranty, but were not pushed to reconsider. A little after 4:00 PM we were driving away in our new purchase. The showroom is very clean and comfortable and a pleasant place to wait while the paperwork is prepared. All in all, a very satisfying experience. And we have our dream car.
