Romeo Toyota of Glens Falls review
The dealership was great, no doubt about it. My salesman, Craig Picca was the best salesman I have dealt with. Why? HE LISTENED!! Craig answered all my questions, patiently and never made me feel like I didn't know anything. He knows his products, suggests what is based on listening to what I asked and/or said. He was very helpful based on what I asked, said and wanted. This was great for me. He explained the cars features and again was so patient with me. Thanks Craig. See you in three years!
2026 Toyota Tacoma review
I always wanted a midsize pickup truck and I always wanted one of the Toyota Tacoma. I driven one used which was bought by my brother in law in the 80 with no power option just old school pickup. Now turning the clock forward to 2026 my first midsize pickup truck Toyota Tacoma. I truly believe people at Toyota have gotten everything right the ride is smooth with SR5 model and the price is right for all levels of pickup who don’t need additional options which I love. So far with 5’ of bed it should work out for me and family using it. It is comfortable drive that completed my everyday commute and things around the house and other projects that needed to be done. Having 2 children it is a plus with 4 doors on the SR5 model. It is like everything we wanted in a midsize pickup truck. For me and my family use for everyday life. I highly recommend Toyota Tacoma it is very expensive but in the long run it is worth every penny….

Very laid back no pressure sales, Chase was awesome to work with. Gave a great offer on my trade in and great deal On the new Tacoma TRD Sport!
2026 Toyota Tacoma review
My family and I really had a great Tacoma car buying experience on October 7th. Our salesman, Cameron was very knowledgeable, courteous & accommodating. He explained the various features of the vehicle during Test Drive which was very helpful. We finished up the day with Dwight in the finance department. He too was great to deal with. Extremely knowledgable and very personable. Overall, Post Oak Toyota is top shelf! They are all very friendly, professional and accommodating!!

2026 Toyota Tacoma review
Leased a 2026 Tacoma Double Cab SR5 from Ganley Toyota in Akron, Ohio. Color is Underground and Boulder interior. Truck drives great. Spacious cabin, although the back seat looks like it might by slightly cramped. Came with a bedliner as well as running boards, which I really appreciate. Not really great on gas, but it's a mid-size truck. Everything feels sturdy and not cheaply made. Display screen is nice and crisp. Same with the backup camera. Has all the standard safety features (lane assist, cross traffic detection, dynamic cruise control, blind spot detection). Highly recommend the truck! The dealership was wonderful. Our salesman, Darwin Nealon, is a awesome!

Walked in the front door and was immediately greeted by Andrew Carson. Told him i had an appointment to see an advertised truck. He said he could help me with that. Went into his office and told him what vehicle. He pulled it up on his computer and asked if i wanted a coffee or anything to drink. I said no and he said let me pull it around front for you. We test drove it. Made 2 offers and bought it. He was very interested in what i had to say and treated me with respect not like some dealers that feel they are doing you a favor. No tricks of how much you want to spend, what do you want your payments to be etc. Buying cars for over 50years, hats off to you Andrew and lia nissan. Keep up the good work and don't change a thing. Finally a Dealership that's customer friendly

Lia Nissan of Glens Falls review
I had previously purchased a Nissan Versa SR which I loved, however I was involved in an accident that totaled the vehicle. Needing another vehicle asap, I spoke with my previous salesman, Eric Mescavage. He was very helpful and understanding of the urgency I had with getting another vehicle. He and manager, Eddie McDougall worked tirelessly with me and I got put in a new vehicle that day. These two gentlemen were a privilege to work with and I would refer them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Go to Nissan.

Lia Nissan of Glens FallsReviews
Lia Nissan of Glens Falls review
Michael Masciarelli was very good, 5 stars, not pushy and not overly talkative, which we appreciated. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the trade in value and with how quickly we were able to get the "new" car I am the primary drive of this vehicle which I made clear several times. Unfortunately, all the paperwork shows me as the co-signer. In regards to the finance team, it took a while to get copies if all the paperwork. I ended up having my daughter pick it up at the dealership, over a week after the sale. I received an email file around the same day. I feel that the gentleman who took care of this for us was not as easy to work with. Needed the wipers replaced since they did not work very well. I asked to have the back wiper replaced as well and was told that it was not needed. It does need to be replaced, very noticeable with the snow and rain. I guess I'll have to pay for that one. All in all, the staff, starting with Mel (also 5 stars), was great. The dealership was clean and comfortable. Decent experience.

Imperial Ford review
I was looking for new vehicle. I knew exactly make/model/packages I wanted I found Imperial Ford while searching online which they had one listed. For this visit I came in prepared, knowing trade in value on my 2024 and anything else I could think of. They ended up matching everything without me telling them my secrets. I left with the vehicle feeling I made a good deal and they treated me well. I would go back.
2026 Ford Maverick review
I purchased the Maverick Lariat Hybrid a little over a month ago. I have 1500 miles on it now. It has all the bells and whistles on it. I bought it not because of the price but because it was small and what I needed for my use and all the safety features included. I can pick up things for the house and yard and carry off the trash. It has sign recognition as well as speed adjustment. If I am going 55 and the speed goes down to 45 it will decrease my speed. It is a setting you can turn on or off. It also has true lane centering. Technically as long as you keep your hand on the steering wheel it is almost self driving. It is getting about 45 MPG now. I am told the longer you drive and get more miles the more the MPG will actually go up. I am really glad I purchased it. I have nothing but positive things to say about the truck. The dealer gave me the Ford support line on a couple of issues I had with the software and the support staff cleared up the issues. They stayed on the phone for over an hour correcting the software issue and the settings in the console. It has been a positive experience for me.

Imperial Ford review
Excellent staff, unique and welcoming atmosphere, and the massive selection made my visit an excellent experience. This will be my go to place for all of my future car purchase. The salesman we had was fantastic. He was patient with our many questions, made recommendations and helped reassure our final choice. It did not feel like a transaction but more like a someone was with us to ensure we got exactly what we set out for. I highly recommend starting with Imperial and asking for Paul M
2026 Ford Maverick review
I'm getting 42 mpg! Super impressive hybrid engineering and tech! I feel in control of the responsive hybrid system (activating electric mode with pedal modulation). I've towed a trailer with a quad and an oven, plenty of power. Payload capacity is WAY higher than expected. Acceleration is peppy and the transmission feels dialed in and reliable. Move over Toyota, there's a new hybrid king in town! Seriously, I can't think of a more versatile vehicle than this little truck... it can do it all, with comfort, style, and affordability. The only thing that could be improved is: I'd like to see the battery percentage of the 1.1kWh pack.
